So until recently i could not retract my skin when I had an erection, so today is i think the first day I pulled it back almost fully when erect and i noticed some red dots around, is this normal or? IMG_20210904_233230.jpg

Go see you family doctor. Maybe where the last adhesions have released and now you are able to skin back properly. May also be candida or balanitis. Also can not rule
Out a sexually transmitted infection. Other than that , nice looking dick byw

Might be due to irritation, a skin condition, infection (fungal or STI), balanitis.

If you feel okay and the spots aren't itchy or a source of irritation, maybe just watch them for now. If they persist, then might be a good idea to see a doctor.

It could just be a basic hygiene matter if you were just recently able to retract your foreskin behind your head and can now wash your penis in the shower.

As for moisturizer, I just use coconut oil, but anything that's more or less natural is good.
