Hi, just wondering...

Um, I think the overhang-while-soft is normal. I've been with guys whose skin retracts when hard and those whose doesn't. For one guy I was with, ANY retraction was actually painful, which I don't think is normal, but I'm not sure.

In my neck of the woods, from what I have seen at the gym and we have quite a few more uncuts here than the most parts of the U.S., the uncuts don't usually have a lot of over hang. The foreskin may extend slightly beyond the tip of the glans. Most I've seen seem to just cover the head with the tip exposed. I suspect maybe some have larger heads which hold back some of the skin?

Mine literally just covers the head most of the time and I'm not circumcised. If it's really cold out there, sure it goes beyond the head but even then, we're talking about 1/4 inch of wrinkly horrid looking skin.
