Surgery even! Seeing the threads about foreskin restoration here it got me wondering. Given the technologies that exist for skin grafts etc to repair damage to burns victims and even the recent case of the reconstruction of an entire face, not to mention the re-attachment of severed penises, why is it not possible to replace a foreskin that has been removed?

This is already possible but the operation is costly and the results are mixed.

It is an available operation - the cost is around $10-12,000. They use scrotal skin for the surgery. Most restorers choose to grow their skin because the surgical results are not pretty -- functional but not pretty.
