foreskin problem (uncut only!)

Julio47, disregard what was posted by SirConcis. Most of it was bullshit!

Mr SteveHD, I suggest you read Beauge. He is the one who advocates modifying masturbation method to ensure foreskin remains subtle and elastic. And I tend to agree with him entirely because I experienced what he said long before the internet existed.

I had phimosis until I started to masturbate and l saw my long foreksin's tight openbing stretch and become fully workable and stay that way because I learned to masturbate by fully retrcating the foreskin at every stroke.

Had my long foreksin not loosened up early , I would have acquired a masturbation instinct that would not have pulled the foreskin down but rather pulled it up (never attempting to retract it anywhere near the point where it starts to hurt). That is the case for guys whose foreksin does not free up early in teenage.

Once you acquire a masturbation method, it isn't do obvious to change it.

if you were cut at birth, you would have no notion of that.

Mr SteveHD, I suggest you read Beauge. ....
I'm familiar with his writings. The Beauge techniques might be suitable for a guy with mild tightness. It's very suitable for a teenager who's foreskin and glans have recently separated. It's dubious for Julio's case. It might work but I think it would have a low probability.

I was too harsh by saying "bullshit," but what you advised to Julio isn't appropriate for his case. Going back to your prior post, I shall detail what I disagree with:
If you do manage to stretch it over time to loose it up, it is important that you change your masturbation method to ensure your foreksin fully retracts with every downstroke.
Julio's case is simply too severe for that to work. And he's mentioned pain which might interfere.
... changing your masturbation stroke is easier said that done.
I think the reverse is true. Changing stroke/technique is easier done than said.
Proper masturbation method is essential for uncuts, especdially if you have long foreksin. If you don't do it properly, the foreksin won't get the necessary exercise to keep its opening wide enough.
If the Beauge method doesn't produce a lasting result then something different needs to be tried rather that doing it indefinitely. Once the frenar band is expanded adequately, no further work should be needed.

Since Julio stated in another thread that he wants to "avoid surgery," that rules out circumcision for now. First things first, he needs to resolve the pain matter. Stretching routines that I'd recommend can't be done if the pain hinders them. Usually I recommend: How should phimosis be treated? ... but I withheld mention of that because of his comment about pain. Neither of us can give meaningful advice until a doctor has analyzed the pain matter.

Just had a chat about it with my sexologist and she told me surgery was probably the best solution since its permanent and fast! The exercices take a long time before being permanent and I might hurt myself since its pretty damn painful playing in that area...
