Well basically I am not able to pull my foreskin beyond the glans during an erection like this http://bit.ly/K0yGLK (its not me.). However using lubricant or water I am able to pull it down a bit further but that causes the head to bend and painful.
Does retract foreskin everyday when showering can help?? What should I do??
Thank you so much.
Also there is a lot of misinformation on this forum. Whoever suggested to begin foreskin excercises at age 13 is COMPLETELY wrong. Too young. Its only an issue past age 17. Phimosis is normal among teenagers (99% lose it by age 17).
Also someone mentioned to keep the skin retracted all day long. That is dangerous as well. Puts you at a greater risk of tissue damage, ischemia, infections, ect.
Good rule of thumb: if it hurts then its probabley not the best solution. And see a doctor. Don't always trust what people write on the internet.

maybe it's just your frenulum. My ex had a short, almost non-existent frenulum and had the same problem. When he would pull it back it would bend the head downwards .

Not everyone develops the same. One of the problems is that pro-circumcision doctors will often draw an arbitrary line in the sand and declare that if a foreskin isn't fully developed past that point it needs to be removed. A foreskin that isn't retractable by the age of 17 is said to be pathologically phimotic, but many doctors will diagnose as such as early as the age of 5. Some still diagnose it at birth. And in any case, phimosis is not an idication for circumcision. What?? I could retract with no problem at age 13 because I started stretching my foreskin early. When I'd pee in the shower I'd pinch the tip of the foreskin making it balloon and that stretched it little by little.

I know an elderly man who was circumcised in his 80s. It was not for phimosis or any foreskin problem. They did it because he was diabetic. They do it to keep yeast from growing. Makes no sense to do it at that age. He died 2 years later from a heart attack. Was in hospital recently and a 86 year old man came into the same ward for a circumcision. He was only there for half a day before going home with some dressings - Just shows foreskin problems can occur at any time of life.
