i have a long foreskin and i cant pull it back its tight i went to the doctor he said i have to get circumcised but i dont want to lose it but for ages i have had it it covers my head but i cant pull it back over the head when i want to shower and i cant use it for sex its almost useless

Mine was pretty tight as a teen but over time i got it to stretch. There are topical creams to help with foreskin stretching, as well as exercises you can do. See if you can find any resources on google. If your doctor is pushing circumcision, you should find another one that can work with you to solve it without getting cut. The foreskin is packed with nerve endings that gives you pleasure and your dick is designed to work with the gliding motion caused when your foreskin rolls back and forth. Trust me, you don't wanna get it cut.
Dont worry about getting circumcised! It really is fine. I am cut and love it that way. can you send me a pic so we can see how tight your foreskin is. If it is really tight the only answer is a circumcision. No amout of stretching will cure it
