I'm doing foreskin restoration for the last 2 years.

I started with just some jelq everyday for one year. after 1 year I bought a "bathmate", It's help pumping, but don't do much for foreskin.
After that, I tried "phallosan", that's really a piece of crap. It's very sophisticated but you need to buy capsule every 2 weeks. Cost too much for what it's worth.

After that I triedTLC Tugger. Been using it for the last year, very nice, good pulling and easy to use.
Now I'm using a combination of jelq 2 times a week and TLC Tugger with the extra kit.

It's a long process, you have to include it in your day to day activity, like wearing a cloth. Now I can cover my gland, but it's doesn't stay. So I keep at it.

The guy at TLC is very nice. It took 5 years to get what he wanted length wise.

There no big secret... just keep pulling on it, but don't over do it. just keep small tension on it.

I would go and find the butcher that cut me and best them senseless ....it would make me feel better .
Circumcision is wrong .should be banned .

After stretching enough to have a loose shaft with enough skin to pull over my Glans, I used a retainer (basically a silicone O-ring) to keep the skin over the glans. Simply keeping the Glans covered in skin effectively began the dekeritization, turning my bluish Glans to a hyper sensitive & vibrant pink Glans.

If you have enough skin to pull over your Glans, a silicone O-ring may be all you need.

Sounds like you need a "humectant" as outlined toward the end of the page.

My grandfather turned me on to corn huskers after I used Lava soap to jackoff with. HaHa

It certainly is. If a bloke prefers to be cut for this or that reason, fine. But it is HIS decision, when he is old enough to make it, and nobody else's.

I began restoring my foreskin two years ago. My foreskin now covers half the head of my dick. I have about 2 inches of new pink skin just behind the head which is new growth. I started by taping the skin over the head and after it became longer began to use an o ring to keep it pulled over the penis head. Still restoring and hoping to have a full foreskin before long. I have used the TLC Tugger, the CAT II, and the DTR. The CAT II is my favorite, followed by the DTR. For the keritinization, I simply use Vitamin E lotion.

For the keratinization I found that using an O-ring to keep the shaft skin covering the glans (the skin on skin) fully addressed the issue. X2 for the DTR. Never tried the E lotion.

I was always circ'd fairly tight. Had a lot of discomfort in my teen years and never had any (zero barely bunched behind my glands) overhang in my smallest flacid state. I made a home made stretcher (much like the tlc tugger) and it definitely helped loosen things up, but not enough and was not comfortable.
For me pumping (with coconut oil up a big doughnut under the glands and forcing the skin over the glands whilst doing a squeeze to make your glands as big as you can did the most for me!

Looks fugly as, but it has encouraged a lot of skin growth. I don't even bother pumping anymore. Pretty well all of the light skin in the last pic never existed prior to pumping, now I tend to have some coverage most of the time.
Wish I had this extra skin in gym class, being one of few Who was cut and always hanging large from early teens I used to get self conscious that other guys would think I was partially aroused. Best bit now is no rubbing on the crest of my glands when I freeball!
I would still love a full restoration, but for me it's something I am not 100% sold on the aesthetics of some restorations. Also defiantly noticed way more sensitivity during sex, I guess from being covered more.
