I could answer "it depends". In fact, all this is connected to what I decide to do at that precise moment. Anyhow, certainly my foreskin stays where I leave it.

It depends on "how much it retracts" (and therefore how much the glans is uncovered). In fact, if only the tip is exposed, there are no problems. Otherwise, I try to bring the foreskin back to its original position.

I'm a lover of the circumcision aesthetic appearance (or more precisely, of the "short foreskin"), therefore sometimes I like to leave my foreskin retracted with the glans completely uncovered in underwear. Furthermore, I am used to lower the foreskin already before starting the shower.

Leaving aside the case in which circumcision is an essential "therapy" because there is a phimosis, for me it should be a decision made by the individual. In any case, I understand the parents who make that choice for their child. In fact, if circumcision has to be done, it is better as a child than as an adult.
