If I understood well the exercise named Fowfer's or BTC (behind the cheeks stretching) is supposed to be done by sitting on our dick previouslyu stretched between the buttocks.. now my questions are:

1) where have I to place my ballsack to allow the penis to go behind till rech my buttock's crack ??

I usually move my balls to the opposite side of where my dick is
Like if I pull my dick back under my right cheek I’d keep my balls towards the left. I assume having lower hanging testicles makes this easier.

I’m not sure about the final effects as I’m only just now getting serious with it but I’ve heard others say they get a permanent flaccid increase so we’ll see
