Was looking thru some of my old VHS tape the other day and ran across some videos of me before and after I started PE and thought I would share whatever I can put together in some kind of logical form.

First, I will share a video I just captured[please excuse poor quality] and put together with some new video. The first part of the video shows me at age 60 in the fall of 1999 before I started PE. Please note the fat pad[lost 25# since then] and the hernia scare[for future comparison ID]. The second part of the video is me today at age 71[without as much fat pad] and of course with the same hernia scare that I'm pointing out. I attribute some of my flaccid gain to regular PE and the last 1.5" to "fowfers".

Very impressive gains there mate.

I, too, have seen significant flaccid gains with P.E. and possibly the start of some erect gain. I just wish I had had the foresight to snap some pics before I started.

Thought some of you might find this interesting. I started PE as stated below. As you can see, my last update was 03.31.02. Hope you enjoy.

Looks like no gains in January, February or March. Almost no PE in Dec. and no PE in January or February(too much travel and not enough home time). Appear to have lost .125" el - every thing else the same. I started "Bafowing" and "fowfers" agian about 3/18 - 2 days on 1 off. Hope to see some gains by end of April.

Started self developed program 11/27/99, started pay prog(bacchus/reece)1/19/00, started reading EZforum & PEforum 3/1/00, saw no gains while on pay prog. so stopped pay prog. 5/1/00.

As promised, just uploaded video "Fore & Aft BPEL" depicting a composite of old VHS captures of BPEL measurements. I know that some will find fault with my measurement results. Let me assure you, the measurements were BP approx. .5" off TDC and were or near perpendicular to the torso. The angle the video was taken makes the angle of the penis and dimensions deceptive. The recorded dimensions were 7.0"in fall of ‘99 before PE, 8.25" plus Feb./Mar. 2001 during PE, and still pic 8.75" plus at end of dedicated PE 12.08.03. Refer to video "Fore & Aft BPEL" to left in profile area.

In a few days, I will start posting some History with description of methods used and maybe some pictures.

Well, I am totally surprised that I have not had the first response to my previous post on measured videos depicting PE gains. I thought surely at least the naysayer would be out in force claiming my videos proved nothing.

The following is an excerpt [actually the introduction] of "Fow PE Routine History’ that I wrote in March 2000 and posted on the old " EZBoard" and later on the "PEForum". In the introduction, I refer to "massaging and manual stretching" exercises that I started with. I will try to explain each of those, with video and/or photos, in the post to follow. The next post will be "massaging".

FOW PE ROUTINE HISTORY
(March 2000)


Unconsciously started PE about 40+ years ago and will relate beginning size to "ye ole toilet tissue tube" comparison method. The best I can remember and at about age 16, I could insert my penis into the tube and extend beyond the end approx. 1/2" with just a loose fit. Assuming an additional 1/2" to bone press and no change in tube dimensions in the past 44 years(am now 60), I would estimate a beginning length of 5.5 to 6.0" and girth of 5.0". A more recent and accurate account of my size was approx. 1 year ago with an erect length of 7.0", an erect girth of 5.5", and a flaccid length of 4.5".

I actually started a regimented attempt at PE on 11/27/99 after reading an ad for penis enlargement. I decided I would develop some exercises on my on before investing in a program. I tried some massaging and manual stretching for about 2 weeks and saw a hint of some gain so decided to order "Reeces program. While waiting an additional 5 weeks to received mail order program, I continued with my self developed program for 53 days and gained 1/2" length and 1/4" girth. Program consisted of:

Like the previous post, below is an excerpt from, "FOW PE ROUTINE HISTORY". The post describes one of the three exercises I came up with. [Remember, I only knew of claims, that some kind of penis exercises might increase penis size, when I came up with this.]

In addition to this description, I am attaching another video illustrating warmup w/rice sock, lube, and the "MASSAGE" [fowfee] with three variations.

MASSAGE: (renamed fowfee)From beneath the penis, insert penis between the middle and ring fingers, then continue with OK grasp with the index finger and thumb. Now, while gripping the penis pull outward and to hand side toward glans. This gives a good massage of the corpora cavernosa tissue and allows a closer grip to the base and can be done with or without lube(my lube consisted of half and half olive oil and utter cream). I would do several reps with each hand, alternating hands to reduce fatigue, for a total of approx. 20 min.

This may be my last post on this subject. Out of 13 post; 8 were mine, 2 pointed out grammatical errors, and 3 were actually referenced to the subject of this thread. No PMs. This was out of over 650 post views and more than 270 video views. Not very encouraging.

This post concerns two more exercises from "FOW’S PE ROUTINE HISTORY,. namely ‘Squeeze" and "Squeeze & Stretch". Below are the actual excerpts. This week I put together another video depicting what I can remember doing (at my age and after 10 years, memory is a little vague). Video "Squeeze and Stretch Master" is attached in my profile.

SQUEEZE: My squeeze exercise was nothing more than an OK grip at different points along shaft from base to glans with a kegel or two to inflate and hold. Would do several reps probably about 5 minutes.(I would consider this a third cousin to the uli#3 which I knew nothing of at the time)
SQUEEZE & STRETCH: Same as squeeze but includes pulling toward glans for stretch. Several reps probably about 5 minutes.(this would be a first cousin to uli#3)

Well, here we are at 800 thread views and 515 related video views and only 3 thread related responses and that was on the first video. I thought surely I would at least get negative responses on how I measured or from the PE naysayers. While patting myself on the back, I guess I could tell myself, "Damn Fow, you did such a good job , you left no room for criticism or question". LOL

My question at this point is, "Should I continue describing and illustrating my PE past or should I end this thread now?" Let it die of natural[no interest] causes.

P.S. Shucks! I never even got to the fowfers, bungee stretches, bafows, hanging, head pumping, estimming, etc.

You're right Space_Lord. The thread is meant to be informative but it helps to have a little feedback to get a better feel if the information is sufficient. I don't mind questions if info is unclear or even criticism

Thanks col1974 - glad you find it informative so far. Future post might not be as exceptable. Tried a lot of thing in my quest for size.

My next post will illustrate some loop stretching and weights. Will take a few days to pull it together.

ACE BANDAGE STRETCH

Received and started using canned program doing the normal warmup, jelqing, stretching, and kegeling. After 2 months added ‘ace bandage stretch" and hanging. I will illustrate the "ace bandage stretch" in this thread and follow with the hanging in the next thread. The loop idea I think came from something Tom Hubbard had suggested. The ace bandage was my idea because of its softness and width. Felt comfortable and didn’t cut into skin thus hopefully not causing any nerve damage. Am attaching another video to illustrate "ace bandage stretch". The next 6 months of PE History follows:

Fow’s PE History(continued)

Finally received and started canned PE program on 1/19/00 with starting dimension of erect 7.5"EL, 5.75EG, 4.5FL", and 8.0"FSL . I was on this program of standard warmups, jelqing, stretching, and kegels for an hour plus a day for 27 days before having to stop due to personnel reasons. During this period only saw gains in flaccid length to 5.0".

I resumed my PE program on 3/1/00 doing the same exercise but increased the time to 2 hours plus per days(reduced to 1 hour after starting following wt and stretch routine). Also, started reading this forum in March, then about 3/18/00 added 60 min./day hanging 4 lbs and 60 min./day stretching ace bandage loop(used foot for tension on loop stretch)(the hang and stretch sessions were in 10 to 30 min. segments). Saw no significant gains in March.

Starting 4/1/00 I changed my routine as follows: Five minute warmup with manual stretch; Ten minute JelqTen minute Uli#3 variation; Five minute warm down with manual stretch. Then periodically through out day: Average 20 minutes manual stretch; Average 40 minutes weight hang 4 lbs; Average 60 minutes ace bandage loop stretch. By the end of April had gained another 1/4" length and 1/8" girth finishing the month with measurements of ; erect 7.75"L and 5.87"G, with flaccid 5.75"L and 8.25"L stretched. Took off about 6 days during month.

May 2000 Report = Had to reduce all activities the first two weeks with only some loop stretching. Took several days off. The last half of month was able to get back on track a little as follows: Ten minutes jelq; Ten minutes uli#3 variation; Average thirty minutes manual stretch; Average sixty minutes ace bandage loop stretch(bought fish scale to check tension - am achieving 4 to 12 lbs tension using foot to create variable tension). By the end of May my measurements were: erect 8.0"L & 6.0"G, with flaccid 6"L & 8.5"L stretched.

June 2000 Report - I continued the same routine as in May with little to no gain. Finished the month at 8.125"L & 6.0"G, with flaccid 6"L & 8.5"L stretch.

July 2000 - I continued the first 15 days with same routine as May and June. Then finished the month by dropping the ace bandage loop stretch. No gains in length but had 1/8" gain in girth. End of July measurements were: 8.125"L & 6.125"G.
