HANGING

Hanging is certainly not my forte but in my quest for length I had to try it. "Bib" was on the scene back around 2000 and was noted for his size increase from hanging. He had published his sketch for a simple hanger. My hangers were just my own variations of his design. He later developed a hanger that he sold for a modest fee.

Anyway, this is just a continuation of the previous post and is supported with the "Fow PE History" in that thread. The attached video will describe and illustrate the hanger I made and how I applied it. The movie portion of this video was made today and the stills were taken several years ago. Luckily I still had the hanger, clamp, and nutrunner to make today’s video. I noted in the video a mistake I made in applying the hanger today. I did not read my ancient instructions on wrapping the shaft before I applied the hanger an wound up bruising the skin a little(listen up beginners - it’s easy to get injuries even when you know what you’re doing). And of course, a beginner hanger should not start with 10 pounds but start and work up from 2 or 3 pounds.

The next post will probably be about "fowfers" and/or "twister stretching". Good Luck if you try hanging(weights from your penis that is).

This post will include a video illustrating three exercises; twister stretch for length, jelq variation for length and girth, and uli 3 mainly for head girth. August 2000 was when I changed the name "Massage" to "fowfee".

FOW PE ROUTINE HISTORY(01/03/02 update)

August 2000 - I changed my PE routine by reverting to my developed method o f"massage" (which I am renaming "fowfee"). I will also keep the manual stretch in my routine but will only do weight hanging and ace loop stretch as casual diversions from routine. Routine will be as follows: ***Warmup - 10 min. with rice bag(manual stretch & kegels inclusive)***Fowfee - 30 min. with or without lube(blend ½ olive oil- ½ utter cream)***Stretch - 20 min. manual(for total of 30 min manual stretch)
September 2000 - Had no gains - did change stretch routine slightly to what I will call a butt stretch. This stretch is pulling the penis behind and/or up the crack and sitting on it. Provides long continuous stretches with no hands. Ideal while on computer or watching TV. Appears to be increasing flaccid length.

October 2000 - Continued August routine with butt stretch. No gains except flaccid. Ended month of October with 8.125"EL, 6.0" tip - 6.25" mid - 6.5" base EG, and 6.5" plus flaccid length.

November 2000 - No gain except flaccid length 6.75" to 7" and uli’’s seem to be increasing glan girth. Changed routine again - these are total times for month on each exercise: * * * 508 min Twister(stretch while cranking 360 degrees) * * * 88 min Jelq(palm down thumb and forefinger) * * * 1545 min Butt Stretch(ref. Sept) * * * 162 Hang(3 lbs.) * * * 127 Uli3(pump glan(kegels) and hold) * * * 6 Days off.

Dec. 2000(01/01/01) - Month ending EL=8.125", EG=6.25",FL=7.00", FG=5.5", and FS=8.5". Routine in minutes = daily goal/month total = jelq 0/0, Uli3 0/230, fowfer 0/2380, hang(7.5lbs) 0/1630, manual stretch 0/210. December was kind of an open month - just did whatever I felt like or had time for. Had 23 days on and 8 days off.

Thanks for responding 9inch. As you can see, this is more of an informative thread. I don't get much response, no criticism, and no comments on the supporting videos good or bad(let me take that back before it gets cold - someone did comment on a video). Maybe everyone is ignoring me hoping I'll go away. LOL

I still visit Thunders' regularly but very seldom post there anymore.

All my erect gains came prior to the "fowfer". I have been PEing for over a year now and all of the currently claimed erect gains came from periods when I was using other methods of jelqing and stretching. Have stopped all jelqing except uli3. Would still like more head girth.

I've always been reluctant to publish this method, afraid some inexperience novice will hurt themselves. That is why I am putting this caution first.

!!!!!!!!!!CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!....... I DO NOT recommend this for beginners or anyone but if you must try. The PEer should condition his penis with standard PE exercises for a while, learning to read and understand their body. Know the threshold is very narrow between "ouch that hurts" and injury.

I started the new year doing exercises I have previous describe: jelq, fowfer, and hang. I also started trying a new one I referred to as "turnbuckle". I later renamed it "bafow". The attached video will re-show the hanger and the process for attaching it. Then, I will illustrate how to attach and adjust the turnbuckle. I’m not totally sure but I think I gained about .375" EL and .5" FSL with the turnbuckle. Some of my last gains.

FOW PE ROUTINE HISTORY(01/03/02 update)[Jan. 2001 thru Mar.2001]

Jan. 2001(02/01/01) - Month ending EL=8.25", EG=6.25",FL=7.00", FG=5.5", and FS=8.875". Routine in minutes = daily goal/month total = jelq 0/0, Uli3 0/80, fowfer 0/1955, hang(7.5lbs) 0/1163. Started playing with turnbuckle - did 7 days for total of 95 minutes-looks like it might produce some gains. Took vacation had 15 days on and 16 days off.

Feb. 2001(04/01/01) - Month ending EL=8.25", EG=6.25",FL=7.00", FG=5.5", and FS=8.875". Turnbuckle experimental averaged 55 minutes per day for a total of 880 minutes for the month. No other PE performed for the month. This experiment was fatiguing and caused a few bruises but did produce some gains. I do not recommend this for the novice - it is very dangerous and extreme care must be taken. Had 16 days on and 12 days off.

March 2001(04/01/01) - Month ending EL=8.5", EG=6.25",FL=7.00", FG=5.5", and FS=9.25". Routine in minutes = daily goal/month total = jelq 30/160, Uli3 10/170, fowfer 0/3255, hang(9lbs) 0/0. Took vacation had 18 days on and 13 days off.

Feels strange being almost the only member responding to my own thread.

It is also somewhat baffling that I've had 123 views of theTurnbuckle Stretch(bafow) video while only having 80 views of the above thread that introduces it.

Just venting. Hope some of my adventures have been helpful. "Bungee Stretching" will be next followed by "Stimming".

Started April 2001 adding another exercise to my regular routine. "Bungee" Stretch is just that - stretching with a bungee cord. I like this because it allows some movement without losing the stretch tension. The attached video will illustrate the hanger used in previous post plus a simpler hanger and how it is attached. I will also illustrate several different stretching positions. Can’t say whether the increase in length was from "bungee" , regular exercise, or previous months "bafowing".

May 2001(06/01/01) - Month ending EL=8.625", EG=6.25",FL=7.00", FG=5.5", and FSL=9.25". Routine in minutes = daily goal/month total = jelq 0/0, fowfer 60/2025, hang(9lbs) 20/590. Had 26 days on and 5 days off.

June 2001(07/01/01) - Month ending EL=8.75", EG=6.25",FL=7.00", FG=5.5", and FSL=9.25". Routine in minutes = daily goal/month total = jelq 20/620, fowfer 0/2250, hang(13lbs) 20/590. Had 23 days on and 7 days off.

July 2001(08/01/01) - Month ending EL=8.875", EG=6.25",FL=7.25", FG=5.5", and FS=9.25". Routine in minutes = daily goal/month total = jelq 10/130, Bungee etc stretch 40/530, fowfer 60/1390, hang(9lbs) 20/300. Took vacation but had 15 days on and 16 days off.

August 2001 09/01/01) - Month ending EL=8.875", EG=6.25",FL=7.25", FG=5.5", and FSL=9.0"(appears I shrunk .25"). Tested "fowfer" for entire month with no gains but have tested other techniques also without gain, so????? I still think 'fowfers' were the main contributor to my flaccid length gains several months ago - also think I have peaked in that area. Got no other gains for month , therefore, ruling "fowfers' out for gains other than flaccid length. Routine in minutes = daily goal/month total = jelq 10/260, and fowfer 0/9227(153.7hrs.) 28 days on and 3 days off. By the way started taking Vigorplex(12 days - more woodies} and Vitex(4 days - nothing yet)

This is the final post on "FOW’s PE ROUTINE HISTORY". I stopped keeping a record of what I did and when Jan. 2002. I will continue to post on other things I’ve tried to break out of the plateau I have been stuck at for the last 9 years. I have continued to do some form of PE on a fairly regular bases while trying other thing and for maintenance. No video attached to this post. OOPS, changed my mind and am adding a short clip of the various pump tubes I have made and use over the years. Sorry I've used the Wrong format and scrunched up my pics.

FOW PE ROUTINE HISTORY(01/03/02 update)[Sept 2001 thru Dec 2001]

September 2001(10/01/01) - Month ending same as previous month. With BP problems, WTC, etc. did not do as much PE. Had 17 days on 13 days off with 600 mins. hang time and 290 mins. jelq variations(40 min hang per days and 20 min jelq per day).

October 2001(11/01/01) - Month ending measurements same as previous month. Didn't PE but 4 days for total of 220 min hang at 9# and 50 min of jelqing. Was on Vacation or other wise disposed the other 27 days. Hopefully I can do better in November.

November 2001(12/09/01) - Month ending measurements same as previous month. Hung, Jelqed, and Squeezed for 24 days averaging 60 min per day hanging at 14.2# for month total of 1760 min., Jelqed 10 min per day for month total of 235 min, and Squeezed(wrap and uli) for 30 min for month total of 765 min.

December 2001(01/03/02) - Very little PE activity with less than 4hours total for month. Needless to say, No gains for December.

In summary, I have gained 1.875" erect length, .75" erect girth, 2.5" flaccid length, and 1.0" length flaccid stretched. Current measurements are: EL 8.875", EGm 6.25" , FL=7.0", FG=5.5" and FSL = 9.00"(think I shrunk a .25" here?). All length measurements were boned pressed with hard ruler and girth measurements with cloth tape. The wifie comments started about mid December ‘99 with: "you feel bigger", "you sure you’’’’re not growing some", "I swear you’re getting bigger. What are you doing to it?", "It’s showing thru your pants, you need to stop whatever you’re doing", and "you can’t wear those pants, your dick shows to much", "you better quit whatever you’re doing". With November’s change of routine, I am getting comments again, "You’re pulling on it or something, it has a funny shape , it’s bigger on the end", Ulis must be working. Erections were getting weaker before PE, now stronger than ever and vainee. I surpassed original girth goal and have revised goal to max 9.0" nbp x 6.5".

After returning 12/08/01 from a work vac. to Dallas started hanging my normal weight. Popped the biggest water blister I've every had. took 8 to 10 days to heal but healed the best I've every had with no scabbing or rough skin. Might have been the tea oil I used on it. In the interim tried about 10 days of drum sticks then stop all PE for remainder of month. No gains for December. Outlook for January - ZIPPO - no plan PE activity - will be gone at least 3 wks south Florida and cruise.

BALLS, SHAFT, AND HEAD PUMPING

Don’t know exactly when I started pumping(with a pump), but according to photos I have taken over the years, it seems to be around 2003. My first pump tube was a caulk tube. The next tube was a fish tank cleaning tube about 2" x 10. After that it was whatever I could find tubular that was big enough in diameter and length. After wearing out 2 brake bleeder pumps, took gage off one and modified it to use with mouth suction(can pull over 15 hg with mouth). Use a fish tank flow valve to hold pressure.

Shaft or Ball Tube - My present shaft or ball pump tube is about 5th generation made from a tall candle glass(about 2"ID x 7") with a 2" PVC coupling and with bicycle tube bands at rim of glass to achieve seal and fit coupling to glass. Drilled hole in bottom of glass to insert 1/4" tubing.

Head Pump Tube - My present head tube again is about 5th generation. The main body was developed from 1.5" ID PVC pipe with one end shaped to match curvature of the glans. A retainer ring was made by cutting the end off of a 1.5" PVC elbow. Bicycle tube bands were used to achieve seal and fit of pimiento jar to head end of tube. Drilled hole in bottom of jar to insert 1/4" vinyl tube. Added 1.5" PVC coupling to other end for developed length and to increase ID(penis has larger girth at base). The reason for the smaller 1.5"ID PVC tubing was to restrict ballooning of the shaft(do not need anymore shaft girth).

Even though I totally agree with the suggest 5hg or less, I must confess that I normally pump up to 15hg then bleed pressure off slowly to about 7hg. I do this mainly on the head pump since I am also pumping to stretch the penis to its’ maximum length before the head is completely clear and free of the smaller inner tube. It takes 6 to7 HG to maintain the stretch but let me warn especially the beginners, you can pop a water blister at HG levels above 5.

Electro-Stimming

I started stereo-stimming in the early spring of 2002 and finally bought a cheap($70 at that time-you can get them cheaper now) T.E.N.S. unit that same year.

You say, "What has stimming got to do with PE?" and I would say "Probably nothing" but, I will show you this stimming video "stim-e-jac" that I made for the "Smartstim" forum about 2 years ago. Video is over 9 minutes long and illustrates the electrodes used. The T.E.N.S. unit, and a HFO(hands free orgasm) going from flaccid to throbbing ejac. Pay attention to the electrode placement and how the penis becomes engorged. I will follow this post and video with another that will present my theory that may justify a connection to PE.

PE & Stimming Theory

PE and Stimming Theory - As I suggested in the last post, I think I can connect stimming to PE. I will attempt to break it down below:

First - Some of the most common exercises used in PE for girth enhancement is the Squeeze, Ulis, Jelqing and Pumping. A more recent and popular engorging method is clamping. They all are a form of engorging by trapping blood or fluids in the penis.

Next - When stimming with a restrictive type o-ring electrode at the base of the penis, the penile shaft is engorged with blood much the same as squeezes, ulis jelqing, and clamping. Of course, tweaking the TENS unit can maintain that engorgment for extended periods as in edging and yes you can stim edge. Ref. Previous and attached videos.

Then - Can we conclude that if conventional methods of penile shaft engorgment can produce girth gains, then penile shaft engorgment from stimming should produce girth gains???????????

Just my thoughts. Taken with a grain of salt would probably just taste salty.

V-STRETCHES

They have been around for a while but I don’t know who to credit for them. I picked up on them from some other site. What I will illustrate is a variation called the "Aided V- Stretch" which uses a dowel rod for a fulcrum instead of the opposite hand(regular v-stretches use the opposite hand for a fulcrum). The four stretches I will illustrate are:

Left Twist V-Stretch (my variation)
Right twist V-stretch (My variation)
Aided V-Stretch
Aided Inverted V-Stretch

Do each of these four stretches for a 20 count for 1 set. I would suggest at least 4 or 5 sets a day and/or extend the count.

The videos are from a group I made 4 years ago and posted on Thunder’s Place. As describe before, the use of the thera band is for grip. As I explained in this video, I got a very good stretch from this exercise including the soreness. I think these exercises would produce gains for the intermediate PEer. I did not gain but I think I had gained all that is possible for me considering my previous gains and my age.

One more question. When you stopped gaining in size on April 1st 2002, was it because you did the cementing then the maintenance?? Or did you keep working out but there were no gains?

Maybe you misunderstood. I have not gotten any gains from stimming that I am aware of. The theory I presented on possible girth gains was just that. I would not test it personally because I already have enough girth and don't want any more.

On the other question, I have not stopped PE completely since I started 11 years and 2 months ago. Thou I don't need it, I have tried and retried several routines in an effort to acheive my original goal of 9" BPEL. I still think it is possible but I am not willing to go to the extremes that may be necessary to acheive that goal.

Hey! I thought the V-stretch video would pull more views. The supprise was the "Stimming for Girth" that took off like wildfire. Of course, the video illustration caused that. I looked at that illustration and thought "Damn, I'd liked to be hung like that." and it's my picture. lol Anyway.

Maintenance Massage

When I am not experimenting with another exercise in my attempt to rise above the plateau I have reached, I usually do some kind of maintenance to retain the gains I have made and to keep the old old penis healthy. The attached video will illustrate one of my more recent maintenance routines.

About a year ago I started using an oil for massaging or jelqing call EVO (essential vien oil). You can search here or the net and find the recipe. Otherwise, use whatever you normally use for lube. My basic routine is:

Warmup
Apply EVO to shaft
Massage shaft with an alternating overhand jelq stroke(100 strokes)
Grasp ball sac behind the balls with one hand
Apply EVO to balls
With other hand - cup balls and rotate hand to massage(25 rotations)
With same hand straightened - massage balls with an oscillating motion(25 strokes)
Alternating hands like jelqing - stretch ball sac (25 stretches)
Gently massage sac and balls between thumb and forefinger

I usually finish up with a few more overhand jelq strokes. Sometimes I add in some head pumping and ball pumping. I will follow this post with another to illustrate an exercise with a new twist that I am experimenting with.
