Well, as far as I know, Frank Zappa died of prostate cancer. I don't know the details and I don't know whether he had his prostate removed, which makes you impotent for the rest of your life. I like to think that he lived his life as a lion - live to the fullest - and then avoided aging with a severe handicap.
