Hi Al!

First off all - you're great! ;D

Now to my question:

What is the difference between a dry and a wet jelq?
I mean - okay...one of them dry, the other wet *lol*

But what is the difference regarding the outcome etc?

A dry jelq is done with a flaccid or mostly flaccid penis without lube or with just a little talcum powder. This usually results in more length than girth gains.

A wet jelq is done with a greater degree of erection than the dry jelq and you use lube. This type of jelq is more for girth.

I mean...do the tissues inside the penis react different to the degree of erection or the use/not-use of lube? (well...it has to be but i can't figure out why..^^)

A dry, more flaccid jelq is going to cause more friction and less compression of tissues. This will result in more direct stress on the ligaments so you'll target length.

A wet jelq transfers more of the stress towards compression, which turns it into more of a girth movement.

these have been good, thanks

i haven't been measuring, just going by visual. the one thing i have noticed after a month is that my hard ons are rock solid now

If you keep a detailed journal you'll be able to keep track of your gains and will be able to figure out what works for you. It's really a necessity if you're serious about PE.

So I should start with 100 jelqs, the whole oriental massage thing once, and 100 kegels, once every day?

The reps listed are a maximum guideline. You should start with a rep scheme that's comfortable but challenging and slowly work up to the rep counts listed.

Ok, I just didn't know if the reps listed were reps of that whole workout right there. I was thinking, "No way in hell could I do that whole thing 50 times a day." But working up to the 100-1-100 once a day is good; that I can handle.

Just remember that quality is more important that quantity with PE. Make sure each rep is as good as you can make it. You'll get more out of it that way.

hey big al thanks for this guide its very informal. i am personally just about 8 inches and i'm maybe only looking to gain about half an inch in length. can i accomplish this with just jelqing? and how long would it probally take to cement it?

You can probably reach your modest goals with jelqing alone within a few weeks. Another 3-4 weeks for cementing and you can maintain your gains with light stamina work.

I know you don't like to repeat yourself so if you have a post number to send me back to for my answers that will be OK. I have 3 questions. 2 I may have missed and totally new one. 1st--what is cementing and how and when is it used and result? 2nd--what is the squeeze-how is it done and it's purpose and result. 3rd--I have a stretching device. Can I use it on days off PE exercises or should I not use it at all during this PE time ? I want to go from 6.75" long to about 8". I already have a 6" girth. I've read and understand how to do this from your posts! Thank you!

Do you have to keep cementing to maintain gains, or when the cementing phase is over I can go into a coma for 2 years then wake up and still have my 9 inch penis?

The cementing process is a tapering off of your routine. Once that's done, regular light stamina work and/or regular rock-hard erections will maintain your gains by keeping your penile tissues stretched. Every man should be doing some kind of stamina work (unless they engage in regular intensive sex session) in order to maintain optimal penile fitness.

The penis is an organ, and just like other organs functions on a "use it or lose it" principal. If you're in a coma I'm sure that most of your organs will suffer from some kind of wasting due to disuse.
