Free Classic Beginner's PE Routine!

Hey, just started two days ago. I am planning to do the beginner exercises described in this forum two days on and one day off. I was wondering if doing the fowfer stretch for 30-45 everyday is overkill, and If should only do this stretch during days when I am exercising. Assuming I did do this stretch on rest days as well, I would clearly warm up and warm down. Thanks for your help.

If you're doing the beginner routine then you should focus on just that. It's a mistake to think that doing more will give you greater gains- that's often not the case.

Firstly a big thanks to Big Al for the most comprehensive and informative thread I have ever seen on any subject!

My question is for a beginner. If i just wanted to try and gain some girth as opposed to length would I have to do a slighlty different routine and if so what do you suggest for a beginner trying to gain some girth?

also,18.6CM's length and 13/14CM's girth

how mutch gain can i expect and how fast can i get it? :O

You can probably reach your modest goals with jelqing alone within a few weeks. Another 3-4 weeks for cementing and you can maintain your gains with light stamina work.


allright man cool thanks a lot for the advice...ive been told i have a big dick aand not to worry about it but im also kinda tall (6 7) so it kinda subconsciously fucks with me having a bigger body frame you know what i mean. how does this sound to get started for initating a pe workout:

warmup

jelqs in this order:
1. 100 jelqs
2. 50 reverse jelqs (to help preventing baseball bat)
3. 50 jelqs

cool down

kegels (later in the day? or around same time?)

----
(like i said im only really looking for half an inch in length but i'll take any extra i can

get back to me when you can..peace

If you're not after any length you can omit the Oriental Massage from the routine.

A lot of that depends on a lot of different factors. For more objective details, check out some of the journals posted to this subforum to see what other guys are gaining.

Why not just follow the standard beginner's routine. It's more balanced and has a progression sequence that'll make it more likely for you to gain.

I've been experimenting with the begginer routine the last two weeks and quickly found I wasn't getting much out of the initial 40 reps and building up workout, so my current routine is: 5-10 min warmup, 100 wet jelqs, oriental massage and cool down. I do stamina exercises during the day. Does this seem okay? I haven't had any pain or any other problems by doing this routine the last few days.

The "40 reps" outlined is a sample used to show how to increase progressively. You should start with a number of jelqs that's challenging but well within your limits to err on the side of safety. If you can do 100 reps for the basic routine then the focus should be on trying to increase intensity (as opposed to reps/volume) every few workouts.
