Big Al- Ok, i'm on my way with quitting my nicotine addiction. ;) I've reduced smoking from 30 cigarettes per day to 5. ;)

Case with alcohol- You know- some beers on party 2-3 times a week.

As long as you're not abusing alcohol or nicotine you should be OK.

That's fine :) Please note that if you're going to follow the basic routine you don't need to worry too much about intensity increases since you'll be increasing the frequency of your training every couple of weeks. This in itself will provide overload.

Pulling back any excess skin with your nonstroking hand will work. Even better- use a very thick lube so that it eliminates friction.

You mean in density? I use Waterglide. Not sure how thick that is.

Lean back far enough (standing or seated) so that your towel doesn't slip off. You can also secure the towel to your penis with something so that it doesn't fall off.

I've managed to find a way to do the tower raises relatively easy. Now I just need to work on my stamina...


That's part of the challenge. It's going to take some time before you can master your erections enough to stay hard for as long as you like. If you'd really like to develop ultimate control, you can try doing this exercise a couple of times a week (in lieu of Stop and Starts).

Yes I saw that post before but didn't think about adding it in to my routine. I'll do that from now on.

What can i do to achieve more girth around the base. so i can look a bit like a tree trunk. i was thinking kegels. thanks!

"Reverse" jelqs done with a cock ring and multidirection stretches/hanging are great for targeting base girth.

hey al, thanks for your warmup routine. i am starting, but have a question. When you say 4 days exercise for instance in week 2-4, would that be 4 days in a row, 3 days rest, or mix it up? Also when you say building up from 40-70 reps, do you mean this as in jelqs? Because i thought 100 jelqs a day were optimum? Cheers!

It's best to mix it up so that you have spaced rest days between your training days.

Also when you say building up from 40-70 reps, do you mean this as in jelqs? Because i thought 100 jelqs a day were optimum? Cheers!

The rep scheme listed is just a sample to show how to progress from week to week. If you're new to training use "Day 1" to test yourself. This testing period should be done carefully and with special attention against discomfort. The subsequent slow but steady increase in reps and intensity should force growth.

just did my first session it went pritty quick did the warm up and after that it was only 2 minutes i use to do it some years back but was miss informed so im trying again

The jelqs and kegels are done for reps. The Oriental Massage is done as one series, and the Stop and Starts are done on a timed basis (though you will be counting approaches to your Point Of No Return).

Always start any new exercise on the "light" side. You can always move up in intensity as you see fit once you've tested yourself.

Hi is there any benefits if you dont masterbate but still jelq?

Yes- if you don't wish to include any "masturbatory" activity in your training, you can omit the Stop and Start and focus solely on kegels for stamina.

im currently 7x5.5 and im trying to get it up to 8.5x6. i just started to do the basic jelq and im really trying to aim for that goal. if i just do the basic jelq everyday and lose about 15 pounds in a months period what would be the average gain? im 6/3 and whey about 235
