im currently 7x5.5 and im trying to get it up to 8.5x6. i just started to do the basic jelq and im really trying to aim for that goal. if i just do the basic jelq everyday and lose about 15 pounds in a months period what would be the average gain? im 6/3 and whey about 235

I'd recommend doing all of the exercises in a progressive manner as described for best results. The appearance of your penis combined with weight loss will also depend on how much of the % of weight lost is body fat.

(IMO) A 1/2" gain in length would not be unreasonable in a month's time.

hi complete noob here...i read that you're not supposed to ejaculate when you jelq...but what happens if you accidently ejaculate? will it cause serious damage or something?

also if while jelqing you feel yourself going from semi erect to full erect...do you stop for a while and wait for it to go back to semi erect or something?
very confused here lol

edit: also...stupid question...we're still allowed to masturbate right...?

First off: Big Al--will you be my hetero life mate ?! :) You've made yet another believer out of me, and when I move into my own apartment in a couple weeks, I'm going to start the beginner's routine and follow it to a tee.

I've read this entire thread, and so far I haven't seen this question asked: I'm very interested in the Jelq Device as opposed to wet jelqs right off the bat. I was wondering if the Jelq Device really is more effective than a standard jelq? It's not super expensive, but expensive enough that I want to know if it's worth it before plunking down the money for it if it's not any better than a standard hand/lube jelq. Anyone else on the board bought and tried it?

Big Al: also, I forgot to ask in my previous post about the Jelq Device:

It would seem that it would be MUCH easier to do reverse jelqs and forward jelqs all in one "rep" since your basically rolling back and forth with pressure from the rollers. Is this part of why the Jelq Device is advertised as more effective? Kind've a two-jelqs-in-one deal?

Also, if I was doing my jelqs with the Jelq Device, would I be doing 100 jelqs forward, and 100 back, or is the 100 reps "split" into 50 forward and 50 reverse? I want to heed your advice on not overdo it the first six weeks like you suggest, really want to condition my penis comfortably, I'm a patient man and can wait for the more intense techniques in the future :) Thanks again Big Al!

It shouldn't- if you feel yourself coming close to ejaculating- stop the exercise. You may just need to take some time to get used to the exercise.

Yes; and you could also give your penis head (glans) a firm but non-painful pinch when you feel yourself building up in order to help your erection subside.

Your sexual activity shouldn't change- provided you weren't "abusing" yourself beforehand.

Thanks for the kind words- and you're welcome :)

The Jelq Device is particularly good for two things- it can make your jelqs more intense and it also makes the exercise easier on your hands. That being said, unless you have issues with doing the regular jelq I'd recommend at least finishing the basic course before deciding on whether or not you need the device.

I would recommend using it in the standard fashion. "Reverse" jelqs are typically done to isolate base girth (with a "cock ring" for maximizing results), and you should be very careful in doing them with a device as it'll make the exercise more intense.

You'd probably want to start with about 1/3 the amount of reps you'd be able to use on regular jelqs, and work up from there.

To achieve well-rounded conditioning I'd recommend doing the complete beginner's routine as outlined.

I've seen you on other websites too, but Betterman is your most "official" PE consulting website correct? If making my johnson bigger isn't worth shelling out a little cash for consulting services, I don't know what is!! Haha.

Also, until I scrounge the money up for an advanced training program, can I still keep doing the beginner's stuff indefinitely? I'm sure the gains won't be as significant as with the advanced stuff, but still...

And also, as a general question, I could keep working out my penis for life, and the potential to grow is exponential, I heard. Is this true? I'm sure like my muscles, working out any part of my body is good for it's health, haha, but I read a post by KingOFCock9X7 that you can just keep doing this (and advanced/more efficient exercises of course) forever and can just keep growing and growing. I've posted some advanced techniques throughout the forum that you can do in the meanwhile. I would also highly recommend checking out some of the other forums for ideas. Once you've finished the beginner's course you should start to get an idea of where your training is taking you and can adjust from there.

There's a point of diminishing returns, but there's no reason why your penis will stop growing as long as you place the appropriate type of stress on it. Most of the huge gainers took awhile to get to where they are, but with persistence and time they were able to work up to doing an extreme amount of work in their training as well as accomplishing some amazing gains

Personal question: I'm curious as to why you ever stopped doing PE for yourself? Just happy with the couple inches (which I would love as my perfect size, too, haha!) you gained?

sorry if this has been addressed but in one post OP suggests doing stamina work between oriental massage and the cool down, then later says to do it throughout the day? Which should I follow?

and is it okay if the hot wrap gets cool after a couple minutes, or should i reapply hot water?

lastly is the whole jelqing exercise just supposed to last a few minutes? wanna make sure I'm doing it right

Stamina work can be done throughout the day, but for the purposes of this routine it should be done 3-4 times a week maximum after your OMs. This is important to remember when you hit weeks 5-6 where you'll be doing your enlargement exercises 10 times per week.

Try to maintain the same temperature throughout your hot soak session. if you need to reapply water to do that, do so.

ok. cuz 100 jelqs only takes me a few minutes. It seems fast. I did PE a couple years ago. Gave up because I wasn't getting any results. Wanna try again. It was just before this thread was created I think. Nice name btw
