I have a question. I'm now on week 8 of my exercises. Is it okay for me to do 400 jelqs a day? I did it last week with no problems.

I would suggest waiting until your PA heals fully before you undertake any PE or pumping. You may want to remove it during those activities to avoid hurting yourself.

please forgive me if i come off in a rude manner, as it is not intended, but one thing you may not be aware of Al, is that some types of jewlry are not easilly removable, and indeed nigh impossible to get back in once they are out.

as well, if the peircing is relativly new (like under 5-8 months), it can partially close up in about an hour, and can be painful to put back in, as you are effectivly stretching the piercing out again

in my experience (as i have a pa) i have never had a problem with jelquing with it in, and stretching, just make sure to grip below the piercing site and you should be fine, never tried pumpimg with it though.

as a general rule, if it hurts, just stop and try again, if it persists, don't do that technique again
hope this is helpful in some way

Big Al and all,

First, thanks Al for this (free !!!) guide. I'm going to be starting next week and will carefully document and report my results. To be honest I'm skeptical, but plan on carefully following a regimen for a minimum of six months, more if necessary, if I see progress.

I'm trying to follow the original post as closely as possible, any comments/suggestions towards my routine are welcome:

Week 1 (3 times/week) -- Goes to 4x in week 3, 5x in week 5, OFF week 6
WARM UP
40 Jelqs -- increases by 5 a week
9 OMs -- increase by 1 a week
50 5 second Kegels -- increases by 5 a week
5 100 seond Kegels -- increases by 1 a week
20 Towel lifts -- not sure of progression just yet
COOL DOWN

I measured up at 6 3/4" by 5" (certainly not small, but I think I'd be happy if it was bigger) and my goal is the magical 8x6.

The OM is one complete series of 9 reps in each direction. You shouldn't increase repetitions- stick with the same number but work towards getting a greater stretch. You can occasionally use a cloth tape measure while you're stretching to see if you can beat your previous best.

hey Al quick couple of questions,

In the original post you mentioned something about skin behind the head looking 'puffy', does this go away? I haven't experienced this yet just want to know what I'm getting into.

You also mentioned a 'reverse stroke' jelq, to help thicken the base, is this the same as a regular jelq with your hands in the opposite direction or am I missing something?

thanks

40 Jelqs -- increases by 5 a week

You can increase between 5-10 reps a week.

9 OMs -- increase by 1 a week

The OM is done as a complete series. Beginners should stick with one series and just focus on increasing tension.

50 5 second Kegels -- increases by 5 a week
5 100 seond Kegels -- increases by 1 a week
20 Towel lifts -- not sure of progression just yet

One rep per session or a heavier towel will suffice.

COOL DOWN

Strange...I don't get any such message and the videos work for me. Make sure that you're using the latest version of Windows Media Player.

I am looking for the fastest and safetist way to gain a few inches length and girth. I have a nice size dick as it is but would like it to be just a little bigger. When you reply to this explain the technique cause I don't quite understand the terms used. I really hope this will work, I have read some of the threads here and just don't understand them. Thank you for those of you that will help me

I don't have a computer I am on my phone and can't watch the videos. That's why I am asking for help.

The first page of this thread has detailed written descriptions of the exercises. Beyond that, you'd need to find a way to watch the videos if the written instructions don't suffice for you.

Hello Al,

I've been following your program to a T for the full progression and extremely pleased with my progress. I'm now on the final week, planning to do the exercises twice a day for five days (probably 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off, 1 on, then taking a week break for Decon). Here are my stats:

Start:
7" BPEL
5.5" MSEG (Just under 6 at the base)

Current:
7.45" BPEL
5.85" MSEG (Just OVER 6 at the base)

I didn't really measure my flaccid stats like I should have, but I think my flaccid hang has increased about 3/4" of an inch, and a bit in girth, and it now hangs lower all the time with much less variation (I used to shrink up occasionally). I can't believe such a "small" change in girth made such a huge difference in the look and feel of my cock. But the real pleasant surprise is the erection quality I've gained. My girlfriend can't get enough, and she seems to worship my cock.

Anyways, now that the "This stuff really works" talk is out of the way, I was wondering if you had any advice on how to progress after I take the week off. I was thinking about maybe continuing to do the same routine but doing 2 days on 2 days off for a few months, adding about 5 jelqs per week, and upping the stamina work slowly over time as well. Does this seem like a reasonable course of action? I think I'll be doing PE for a very LOONG time (My new goal is 8.5BPELx6.25MSEG), so I'm just looking to make small amounts of progress consistently, and keep the results I've gained.

And again I can't thank you enough for your advice and this great program. You're the man!
