Hello Al,

I've been following your program to a T for the full progression and extremely pleased with my progress. I'm now on the final week, planning to do the exercises twice a day for five days (probably 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off, 1 on, then taking a week break for Decon). Here are my stats:

Start:
7" BPEL
5.5" MSEG (Just under 6 at the base)

Current:
7.45" BPEL
5.85" MSEG (Just OVER 6 at the base)

I didn't really measure my flaccid stats like I should have, but I think my flaccid hang has increased about 3/4" of an inch, and a bit in girth, and it now hangs lower all the time with much less variation (I used to shrink up occasionally). I can't believe such a "small" change in girth made such a huge difference in the look and feel of my cock. But the real pleasant surprise is the erection quality I've gained. My girlfriend can't get enough, and she seems to worship my cock.

Anyways, now that the "This stuff really works" talk is out of the way, I was wondering if you had any advice on how to progress after I take the week off. I was thinking about maybe continuing to do the same routine but doing 2 days on 2 days off for a few months, adding about 5 jelqs per week, and upping the stamina work slowly over time as well. Does this seem like a reasonable course of action? I think I'll be doing PE for a very LOONG time (My new goal is 8.5BPELx6.25MSEG), so I'm just looking to make small amounts of progress consistently, and keep the results I've gained.

I'd recommend the advanced routines available on betterman.com- especially in the Premium sections. There are also some advanced exercises that you can do in the FREE VIDEOS of Penis Enlargement and Stamina Exercises page.

Your course of action sounds good, but you may decide to drop the jelq altogether in favor of some more intense exercises. Some men find that by doing more intense exercises their growth matches or exceeds that of what they gained with the basic routine.

At the beginning of the program, when you're doing 3 days a week, is it better to do it 3 days straight and then start again at the beginning of the next week or to have a day off in between each workout? Same goes for when you increase it to 4 or 5 days a week...

You'll maximize recovery if you can evenly space your days off.

Here's an example work day format you can use:

Weeks 1-2: M, W, F

Weeks 3-4: M, T, Th, F

Weeks 5-6: M, T, W, F, Sa

Well, I hit the two week mark and don't have any gains to report :mad:. I'm not really discouraged though as I was able to find my limits and far as speed and intensity are concerned.

Still going strong, I expect the next month or so to be productive as I really push the limits of what my soldier can handle :biggrin1:.

Has anybody tried the jelq device advertised (above) and if so does it? work

I wrote an article about my experience with the jelq device here. I'll repost it here for your convenience:

Another device that deserves honorable mention is the Jelq Device. Normally, I consider the jelq to be a beginner's exercise, but the Jelq Device can turn the simple jelq into an advanced, intense exercise. I had the pleasure of receiving one several years back, and I agree with many of its users that it makes your jelqs much more intense while easing a lot of strain from your hands. Another great feature of the JD is that you don't need to add lube to achieve the effects of a wet jelq- the rollers do all the work! when's the best time to start? I've just turned 18, but I am no where near fully grown - I'm a minimum of 1/2 a foot shorter than any of my shortest male predecessors (and like 2 foot shorter than the others) and this is like out of 15 (farther, grandfathers and uncles). The penis doesn't stop growing until about 2 years after you stop growing in height and I haven't stopped growing (measured every month-4 months at the Doctors to do with my asthma stuff :p)

anyway should I wait or start now. I knew about Jelqing since I was like 12 from Arab friends (and no fathers do not pass this to their sons as a right of passage as the internet always seams to suggest, it is passed around by teenagers in middle eastern arab countries). Anyway should I wait until I'm fully grown to do this or start now?

I'm curious about the science behind this... Don't really want to waste my time if it doesn't work, but if it does I'd gladly do some "exercises" to make myself larger.

I don't mean just some dude sitting there typing "Dude it really works, trust me!" I mean the physiological method behind it. Hyperplasia vs hypertrophy? Are you saying the cells enlarge or they replicate? Or what?

Eighteen is a good age to start. While older men have made great gains from PE, young men seem to make the best gains- probably due to the fact that they're still growing, mave optimal hormone levels and excellent recovery. One of the main reasons why I don't suggest that males under 18 do PE is due to the injury potential from abusing PE. Doing too much too soon will just get you injured, so just remember to take it slow.

Please read the responses to your similar posts in the other threads. It's frowned upon on this forum to make multiple similar posts, and it could get you banned.

BTW, there's no better way of finding out whether or not the exercises work than trying them yourself. People that have never tried them (or gave it an honest effort) won't be able to tell you anything of value, and those that have will tell of its benefits.

Actually, I think the best way of finding out whether a medical procedure works is by controlled scientific studies! I've read that all these PE techniques have a risk involved of harming the penis, and I don't want to do it unless I can point to some double-blind studies showing their benefit.

Not at all :) I've dealt with quite a bit of contention over the course of my time being involved with PE. You're not the first, and you certainly won't be the last; I just don't enjoy repeating myself. Other members here (including the moderators) don't appreciate multiple posts either :wink:

PE shouldn't be considered a medical procedure...not any more than going to the gym and lifting weights is.

If one studies a bit and learns about the mechanics and composition of the penis, they'll be well armed on how to go about adding size and potency safely. Moderation and patience is the key.

You'd like to see a double blind PE study? The subject will obviously have to be informed about the details of what must be done as well as the objective of the experiment. How would you establish a control?

Again, I point to the portion of the Chartham study that indicated significant gains within a short period of time. An inch to an inch and a half is a significant gain in length as is slightly lesser gains in girth- especially when you consider the total volume of penis size gained.

I have a feeling you'll bring this up, so let me preempt with this: Whether or not the defendants of a lawsuit in which the doctor conducting the study (as a witness) won or lost doesn't make his study any less valid. The findings of the study were not refuted in the case.

I have absolutely no connection with that site whatsoever. My point in posting that site is that Western medical professionals are slowly but surely coming around to taking non-surgical methods of enlargement seriously.

I especially liked Dr. Wineland's statement:

"If a man decides to pursue penile enlargement, surgery alone is not the only option and may not be the best option."

How to do these exercises when you get an erection really fast?
I really like to know how to keep your penis flaccid or half-erect.

If getting too erect is an issue, you can do your length work (stretchs) before your girth work. That way, you penis will be pre-exhausted and you won't be as prone to getting erect for your jelqs or other girth exercises.

Another solution would be to ejaculate prior to your sessions. Fifteen to 30 minutes prior will gve you enough time to desensitize for your workout.

I honestly dont believe that these pe techniques will give anyone 1 inch in girth or lenght not even half an inch.Maybe only with surgery you can make your dick bigger.If its true that pe can make your dick bigger these guys that said they would start it would have posted some results.I think that only one guy said that he bcame about 0.3 inches longer and thicker.I dont know if what he says is true but all these things sound a bit fake to me.
