I hope this is in Canada also. I am soooo there. And, damn, they have those donuts with the icing inside... mercy.
oh....damnit.....not a dunkin doughnuts around here.....hehe.....stop by there in the morning, and then MCdonalds for a free chicken sandwhich for lunch and dinner......thanks for the heads up njqt
The nearest one to me is a 20 minute drive away. :frown: I've actually never been to it before. It's on an od corner and it's hard to get in and out of it's parking lot. I may go if I am in that area tomorrow though. I was spoiled after living in Massachusetts for 4 years, (that's the birthplace of Dunkin Donuts). I passed four on the 7 mile drive from my apartment to work and 2 of those had drive thru's. I find that the quality outside of the northeast is inconsistent at best.
Dunkin Donuts drove me insane with the Strawberry Icing with Sprinkles donut. oh, man. that drives me wild. i only try to go there once in a while because i know i'll get addicted and gain like 20 pounds. but i've never had their ice coffees though. Starbucks usually fufills that desire for me. i'll have to try it though...
I'm particulaly fond of their Coffee Coolatta which is their version of a Starbuck's Frappuccino; but about $2 less depending upon where you live. I suppose you could say I am addicted to the Boston creme, chocolate glazed, and apple crumb donuts.
hopefully i get the chance to try their iced coffees one of these days, but Starbucks seriously has me addicted. whenever i pass a Starbucks, i think "you could be having Starbucks now", and i spend too much money in their buying crap. i need Starbucks rehab.
slightly off topic but does anybody else remember when mcdonald's had burgers for 29 cents or was that just in chicago thing?? i think it was one wednesday a month or every few months?? miss those days
hey i love my fatty calories. fastfood is nasty to you, the widespread chains though means there are many who disagree. taste is subjective. and the dangers of fast food are highly sensationalized and the stuff you buy at the grocery store causes just as many problems as a hamburger. unless you're a vegetarian, you're putting stuff in your body that it's not really capable of processing. you think those coffees you're drinking are made of love and nutrients??
Hahaha :lmao: you sound like a man after my own heart. :biggrin1: In New Jersey they did 39 cent Tuesdays. That's been quite a few years though; and I seem to recall not all Mc Donald's participating.
