DMW has been telling us how serious this is. Personally, seeing the police spend lots of time and money chasing down a child voluntarily placing stuff like this on the internet may be an inefficient use of tax dollars.
It would make more sense for them to spend more time trying to identify true sexual predators: The ones that will rape and destroy children forever.
But that is not our call. We must consider the law and how it is interpreted and enforced.

think about this a minute guys. do we really want to withhold porn from 13 year-olds? how can that be healthy or beneficial for them? by preventing them from accessing that kind of information - even if it's hardly conventional study - we risk lumbering them with sexual hangups before they're 18 (or whatever's the "legal" age in your country of choice). kids that age need to learn as much as possible about sex and sexuality anyway, and they need to learn about it on their OWN - and I'm afraid sex ed classes just don't cut it in that respect. don't pretend like YOU guys never filched porno mags or jerked off at all when you were 13 either

But it is apparent by the number of teens and men that post about their teen years that come here and have no clue about how and when the penis develops or how it works for that matter. With so much privacy, some guys have never seen an adult penis if they have a single mother. Thirteen year old guys need to see penises of all sizes and shapes, they need to know when penises grow. They need to know that usually length comes first and then girth. But not always. Some guys when going through puberty have a penis grow to 5 inches and since it is bigger than it was in first grade they are out braggning about it and making a fool of themselves. Other guys have a 7 plus inch dick and think they are small by what they read.
I don't like censorship. It should be avoided unless there is documentation that the material is extremely obscene and harmful to society as in teaches boys to be preadtors and such as that.
I don't have problem at all with 13 year olds being on here. I wish all teens had access to a site that would truly address their concerns and educate them on the human body and everything about it.
I did teach sexuality in sixth grade. The closest I came to doing that was bringing in a male registered nurse and I had the boys write down their questions and we pulled them out of the hat and if they asked we told them everything. Hey, we were covered, we didn't bring it up. They did. Problem the school limited me to three days so we didn't do as much as I would like to have done.

I decided to add this comment. Since when is nudity in itself pornographic? And why would having a boy see a penis at age 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 for the purposes of education be pornographic? We have gone overboard with this porn stuff.
And as far as under 18 being kept of the internet for porn think again. All you have to do is click you are 18. How many teens has that stopped? The credit card requirement does stop some of them. All teeens who want to know can find free dirty porn. They have told me so. I'm taking their word on this. But teens have an ability to surf and find stuff that us older folks might never find.
Even here at LPSG, a 13 can join saying they are 19. There is no documentation and there doesn't need to be. There is no real porn here in the galleries. Nude pictures yes. That isn't porn. It is our federal government that has by law voted it to be so defined as far as the internet goes. A teen can have a library of every playboy and playgirl ever made in his own personal library. But those same pictures on the internet would get him into trouble. It is a double standard.

Not withholding porn from 13 year-olds is a different kettle of fish than providing a 13 year-old with porn. The original poster wanted us to do exactly that. I recognize that minors have seen porn, but that doesn't mean that I'm going to tell them where to find it. I know that you have a healthy disregard for the law, Rock, but I'm different. I'd rather keep myself and this site free from accusations of contributing to the deliquency of a minor.
I have to disagree. In the galleries there are photos of fellatio and intercourse, both vaginal and anal. Those are not the majority, but they are there. According to the law, they qualify as pornography. Also, consider the video clips in the gallery. A video depicting masturbation to orgasm is considered pornographic. I'm not condemning these images, just clarifying how the judicial system would view our galleries' content.
