I thought I was the only one that did that with Champion shorts. Do you guys completely remove the second layer, or leave it but split it where your stuff can peek out? Also, what colors do you guys wear out in public when you do this? I've got silver ones that I've removed the second layer but if I did that to my black and blue ones, they'd show everything.

You guys are braver than me. I don't modify the shorts - I leave them as is. Sometimes I'm pushing it with both layers.

okay as a personal trainer i have to warn u that freeballing is dangerous and can cause problems --u should be properly supported to prevent injury to the scrotum....i always support my balls and i have a pair of balls that hang like two pears in a sac...thus my reason for wearing compression shorts and sometimes always suited down wth a jockstrap or two when playing ball..yea i am known to wear two straps at any given time...my balls are large and bulbous (full balls) and they hang low..gotta keep those boys protected from injuries...and straining is another issue that u need to be concerned with......there is also irritation from the jeans and other fabrics that should be taken into consideration..so be careful freeballin...

Nice advice, but I just can't stand my balls being hunched up like that, and when it's warm, I don't see the point of wearing two pairs of shorts (boxers+shorts). I'd be quite happy to wear like in the caveman days when you just had a piece of material back and front and nothing in the middle so your tackle could dangle nicely in the breeze.

until I realized my dick often shrinks to like 3" (except my balls stay large and low, for some reason) and you can see it right through my shorts. I used to not really care but looking back there had to be at least ONE chick in my class or somewhere who looked.

When you sit down, that's what happens. I have mesh shorts in different lengths. When I wear the shorter ones with 6 1/2 inch inseam, sometimes I can feel the cold air on my goods. I look down and you can see me peeking out.

That doesn't happen to everyone. Especially if you buy them from the sporting goods store. They make them long like the new regulation shorts in the NBA. They hit the knee so nothing is really showing. If you wear mesh p.e. shorts, then you'll get the desired effect.

i always freeball in basketball shorts, i dont find much of a problem with them. most of mine are at least to the knee or longer and many are so gathered in the waist that you couldnt see anything unless your were really trying.
