I mostly focus on weightlifting in the gym and recently gave up my jock to freeball. It is SO much more comfortable! I joined a gym for the first time in many years just last month. I bought a pair of workout shorts. Not like the gym shorts from the old days, though. I'd have preferred a pair of them.
