If you have been accustomed to wearing briefs, boxer briefs, or other supportive underwear, this will happen regardless of your age. I switched to boxers 2 years ago and used to get hard constantly. After 2 - 3 weeks of no briefs, you get used to haning loose and the constant erections subside. They will happen every now and then, and sometimes at inopportune moments.
