I'm a very healthy 53 year old. No health issues. No penis problems at all. I'm circumcised. Never had any STD's. Nothing. In fact, no one but myself has touched my penis for over 4 years--COVID, yada yada yada.
But out of nowhere on Dec. 13, while I was beginning to masturbate, as my penis was enlarging, a large quick pain--similar to a paper cut--went up and down the shaft. NEVER felt anything like this before. So of course I stopped. I tired to figure out what was going on. No bleeding. Nothing. My penis looked liked it always has.
Since, then, and now it's Dec. 23, I've urinated many times. No pain. Nothing unusual at all. No bleeding. No weird marks or blemishes or sores or anything on my penis. And even when I touch the little ball of skin up near the head where the pain originates, it doesn't hurt every time. But once in a while . . . BOOM . . . like a paper cut. Or like a thorn in your finger. Something like that. But it doesn't happen all the time.
The only thing I can think off is that On Dec. 11, I did some grooming down there and possibly, although given my anxiety about the situation now I'm not sure my memory is accurate, did I nick that piece of skin with my shaver???? I did nick myself a couple times but wow, I do that every time and nothing hurts this long.
I already had an annual checkup to see my doctor on Jan. 16. But I put in a call and email to see if he can see me sooner. Like I said, I'm nervous about this. I would think that after 10 days, something like this would go away if it were a cut. I've been keeping it clean with hydrogen peroxide, etc. I haven't masturbated since Dec. 13 so as to not mess up any healing process that might be going on. Still, nothing visuallly that looks bad. The same old 53 year old penis.
Has anybody ever experienced this? Because I've Googled this and the articles are all over the map. You might have a neurological disorder. You might have MS. It could be a yeast infection. An STD. Cuts in that area take 2 months to heal--other places say a week. No solid answers.
Thanks!
