I have been restoring my foreskin for awhile now, and I have it to the point that, with a device on to hold it in place, it extends past my glans. So, I was thinking that if there was a way to recreate the frenulum (or fashion something that functioned similar to it) then I might be able to do that and be done restoring. So, does anyone have any info on the recreation of the frenulum?

Not that I know of. Surgery might be able to shorten that section of skin a little bit and the resulting scar tissue might act like a frenulum. I wouldn't think that this is really a viable option though.
