I have one I did myself - I like it - appearance, feel, etc.
Only con from partner is fear of it hurting her - although obviously I remove the tribal one before it gets that serious

I have had mine done for over 3 years and love it. It did hurt like hell but was quickly over. After that I had to change the way I jack off and what underwear I wore due to pulling. I now have a flesh tunnel and it seems to be the best so far.

I feel like my internal bad ass was released. I'm not the type of guy you would ever expect to have one and I like that even more.
