I was teased and bullied in school because of my size, so I sympathize. You can deal with it in a number of ways. You can ask your friends to stop teasing, as it hurts your feelings. If they are true friends they will respect your wishes. You could get aggressive and return the jibes, but that will probably escalate the situation. Or you could embrace it and play along, be proud of your size and see what good things might come of others' curiosity.
