In doctor lorias website, it says: Penis shaft surgical detachment from the pubic bone and moved forward or advanced to lengthen the erect penis can work but is a high risk procedure.

Has this surgery ever been attempted. If not why do you think so. And fo you think it will be successful if any doctor tried.

You are talking about cutting the suspensory ligaments. See A review of penile elongation surgery for a good description.

No I am not talking about that, did you see any talk about the suspensory ligament in the quote I posted. Its completely separate area. The suspensory ligament is more upwards , above the penis. Has nothing to do with the continuation of the penis.

As you can see from the diagram here, the mass of pink erectile tissue — which comprises the so grandly named corpus cavernosum and corpus spongiosum — extends well into the pelvic region, forming a sort of boomerang shape.

Never heard much good about penis lengthening surgery. Wasn't it news a while ago that a patient died during a similar procedure?
Whoa whoa there's been a death? Been thinking bout doing the suspensory lig cut thing. Have almost $5000 saved up. I have quite a few options though I might just buy a really good extender.

I think you should just buy the extender. If you live in the US, the surgery's probably gonna cost more than 5000$ and you could potentially lose your dick if it gets botched.

Although I'm a dedicated pumper because I enjoy it, almost all evidence points to traction/extender devices as the most (and only) reliable penis lengthening method. If you go that route, invest in the best you can afford. And go to Paris, or at least Vegas, with the cash you saved

The only way the penis can be "moved" is by cutting the suspensory ligaments. The problem is that there is no way to reattach them further back. The flaccid penis will "hang" a bit more. The erect penis will however be quite flexible as it's not properly anchored. Imagine cutting the ligaments that hold your shoulder in place...it would dislocate with little effort. So the surgery makes intercourse "interesting" to say the least. The surgery carried significant risk of scarring, which can shorten the penis, cause erection problems, oh, and of course post-operative infection is always an issue.

When elective surgery is deemed "high risk", that's the doctor saying, "don't be stupid, sir".

There is a way to reattact them. You need to do your research before being so sure with what you type.
