I don't want to call myself a shipper, but I've kept up to date on how they were doing since that pap photo in 2020. Most of the "fandom" is doing alright. Since they still both follow each other's families and Froy likes Dick sr. insta photos and vice versa, it looks like from the outside that Richard and Froy are on good terms - either together or apart.
I will say that Zane and Froy look quite cozy together and Froy has been looking very happy the last many weeks. As long as Froy is happy that's all that matters

Totally!!. Agree with you. Froy looks Happy and he's still following Richard and liking his last post. I just really hope Richard is doing okay, he's still inside the closet for hollywood and must be hard for him and his relationships.

Technically Froy is not out either ( he hasn’t announced it publicly). Richard and Froy were BOTH secretive/discreet about their relationship to the general public (probably for their careers). But let’s not forget that Froy was also secretive about his previous relationship with the boyfriend BEFORE Richard. I doubt Richard forced him to be in the closet publicly.

They dated for three LONG years and a lot can change in a early 20’s person’s life in that time. It seems that Froy wants to be more open and show more affection to his boyfriend in public now. Good for him. Maybe he will announce something soon?

Practically he is out in the open. There's no legal requirement to publicly announce your coming out in global media. Younger gays nowadays no longer feel obligated to "come out" publicly. They just are out.
