Those body-builder types tend to go back and forth from bulking to cutting. It's winter, so Zane is probably just in a bulking phase.

As for the baggy clothes on Froy, I think it's just the trends in fashion lately. Lots of designer stuff is bulky and baggy (and horribly tailored), and has been for years now. Not so sure it works so well on his frame though...
