So... Have you guys seen Froy's boyfriend's music video? It's so cringe. Why is it that when your acting career flops, you resort to trying to be a musician?

i was under the assumption he was joining in on this band's song/mv, and not that he was trying to launch a music career. but going into music allows them to be within the same realm in their career and get some work while they can't land acting gigs. music is also more profitable if you become successful. concerts, music sales/stream, merch, that's a lot of money coming in, whilst an unemployed actor who isn't a or b list must rely on residuals, which aren't always that much money, sometimes they're literally cents

Looking at the channel it seems like it's someone else's project, maybe a concept album or something of the sort. Seems like an NYC-based project, and it's easy to get actors who sing for this type of project there.

Bingo. The music video is really part of someone else's project, and he's like a guest star on that song/video.
He's not launching a full blown music career.

yeah that's what i thought it was because the post zane reposted on instagram said scorpio ft zane phillips. i mean, it could still be him trying to kick off a music career. i think he's also in some orville peck project, i saw some gifs of it the other day. so maybe he's trying to get into music

It looks like it's just releasing the songs from it for now. Maybe leading to a concept album which might lead to a production but probably not with the same cast as the album (a workshop at best)

So, just watched his parts in the show...I guess this is what passes for comedy these days.

That said, they put him in the tightest outfit. HOLY FUCK. He looks huge! And he is in serious shape that you can actually see vs the horrible baggy clothing these stylists constantly put him in for events that cover it all up. But good god, he looks like an entirely different person than he used to...

And I think he will show up in at least 1 more episode, as his outfit this episode is entirely different than the clip he was originally promoted with, so at least there's that.
