    Well, mainly discussing how the United States was criticized by France and European media, and Venezuela, for "occupying" haiti, and how it illustrares a disparity between how the US is expected to act, and how it is criticized when it acts...in the context of being the world's policeman.

    French Ministers have a knack of enflaming situations. I guess they just get bored with being irrelevant.
