god no!

i attract hero types because i'm quietly spoken, slim, pretty and my back is covered with slash scars that i've long since out grown hiding.
or maybe it's the pheromones i give off.
my female friends are all ten years older than me motherly types too.

i hate thinking about money.

I see - you express yourself differently here than you do in the walking world.

Your personality here reminds me very much of a Russian ex - very aggressive and intimidating to most men. The kind of personality that scares off the hero type. Soft spoken and pretty draws them in like moths to a light.

Daily insights

If it's a true "hero" complex, get over it...you ain't.

Nothing personal, but please believe that no matter what you do (or any of us does for that matter) really affects humanity one way or another, individually and in the grand scheme of things. Sounds romantic and true, but in reality is false.

As for the smell, get some different soap...

Im not sure where to put this so I just dropped it in here.

The last week or so I have been wondering why I have such shitty type in girls when it hit me. I have some kind of hero complex. Quite literally all the girls I have liked have fallen into one of 3 categories.

1. Have been molested or abused at some point
2. Arent worth shit
or
3. Are in or about to be in trouble

And the fucked up part is that they all have the same smell. I dont mean like cigarettes or perfume. The closest I can tell it is a pheromone, and to my great misfortune it gets me rock hard.

Anybody in similar situations.

You are my polar opposite.

This is the exact opposite attitude to the one that I admire. I like people who think that they can make a difference in the world, and who strive to make that difference. I'm attracted to those people.

I think Helgaleena's advice was perfect. Maybe Gecko should focus some of his attention on other ways to be a "hero," and pursue women who don't need saving because they have their lives together.

I think sbat means that you don't give off a whiff of a "woman who needs saving" here on LPSG, which I would consider a compliment.

I don't know what happened to you, but I'm sorry that something happened to you that would make people feel that they need to "save you."
don't be.
i'm not.
people like to delude themselves.

no, not at all.
i'm exactly as i am here.
but initial attraction is looks based,
and people take a damn long time to be forced out of their first impressions of a person.
they spend a lot of time looking confused as to why the reality of me doesn't match the dream of me.

I'd start hating men if I talked to you long enough
