I live in MA. The voters usually are unhappy with the legislation that comes out of our great state government. Such as the gas tax or raises for the legislative leaders. However they vote the same people back in that voted for the legislation they don't like. Translation: the voters aren't too bright. That's why we need term limits.

This seems to discount the idea that some people in elected office might actually be good at what they do. And that voters might want the chance to keep them around.

Oh crap. More derailment.
The only thing they are good at is getting re-elected. I've become very cynical of government over the past 50 years. When I was 20, I went into the service because I believed in what the government was doing. Now I wouldn't cross the street to help these assholes in Washington. Democrat or Republican. I'm a bipartisan cynic.

Fine, but if you're that cynical, I don't know how much satisfaction term limits will give you. They're all still politicians, whether it's their first term or their tenth.

I also live in Massachusetts. I see no evidence of widespread voter unhappiness. My State Senator is Julian Cyr. I will vote for him again. My state Rep is Timothy Whelan. I will vote for his opponent. Mr Flynn, do you even know who your state reps are? No fair if you have to google them.

The roads are atrocious and we spend about 20 times more for road repair per mile than NH. I do know who my reps are but I always vote for the opponent. How many children have died while in the care of DYS? I think there should be more voter outrage.

It’s interesting how the only place where someone gets offended to prove who they say they are, is the polling stations at election time.

I don’t feel it’s to much to ask, to see ID at the polling stations. All throughout adult life, in the USA. Your asked to present an ID. To be an adult citizen, it’s just irresponsible not to have one.
And if you don’t have one. You should go to your local or state government office, and demand that they help you get one. After all it is there job to help you.

The left wants everyone to believe, that there’s all this bigotry and racism, and oppression going on. To keep people from voting. And that’s just lies from the left. Which is exactly what they do. In every election we have to listen to that bull shit. People it’s almost 2018. Not 1918. Get out and get yourself an ID. So you can go vote for the candidate of your choice.
It’s as simple as that.

And from federal courts, don't forget.

Yeah, but voter outrage

Prove your assertion or shut the fuck up.

Not logical:
1.) can you prove how term limits would make voters brighter?
2.) do you really, by your categorical stayement that voters aren’t bright, mean that all voters aren’t bright?

Term limits won't make voters brighter, it will limit lifetime politicians. I guess you don't want the president to have term limits. Too many voters aren't informed.

No proof? That’s Mikey22 for ya.
No of course no proof. It’s a personal observation. But if I did give you proof, you would just dismiss it as right wing propaganda. Just the same as I dismiss the leftist propaganda.

But I do have to give credit where credit is due. The democrat machine is very good at what it does. They get there base fired up, and they get to the polls to vote. The GOP needs to be taking lessons.

But back to the topic of ID. If you don’t use ID Who is going to stop someone from going to one poll to the next, voting multiple times.

1.). Of course no proof: liars don’t need any.
2.). Your personal observation is worthless, albeit acceptable in this forum as an individual’s opinion—and that all it is. My opinion is that you should be under ‘observation’.

Yes, it's a real problem when data is dismissible, evidence is meaningless, and facts are fake.

Have you never voted? When you go to your polling place, your name is checked off as having voted. If you try to go to another polling place to vote that isn't your precinct, YOUR NAME WILL NOT BE THERE TO ALLOW YOU TO VOTE. BTW, your "personal observations" are worthless. I've lived in Massachusetts my entire life, I have never had to show an ID and we don't have voter fraud in Massachusetts.

All throughout adult life, in the USA. Your asked to present an ID. To be an adult citizen, it’s just irresponsible not to have one.

If you buy alcohol regularly, sure. Otherwise I almost never have to use my driver's license. I'm asked for it when I travel (airlines, hotels, car rental), but otherwise day to day it just sits in my wallet.

And if you don’t have one. You should go to your local or state government office, and demand that they help you get one. After all it is there job to help you.

Did you take a few minutes to read my original post (and the links therein)? It was a fine example about how it is not anyone's job to help you.

So no, you didn't bother to read anything I said and instead just wanted to reply to the subject line. Thanks for your participation.
