Full length movies with character development and a plot

Hey people, my wife and I need some help. She doesn't like the traditional "fuck and moan" porn with no plot (really) and no character development. She would like full length films and doesn't mind seeing dick sucking, pussy licking, and sex - she just wants more than that as well. Do you know of a list oh movies or a website like this?

Wow, I was just about to post this exact same thing.

Over the past week or so, my wife and I have been watching some classics. 'Deep Throat', 'Debbie Does Dallas' and 'New Wave Hookers' are three that we've watched. (I know there are a million sequels to these, we haven't gone there yet.) She'd never seen any of these, and to be honest, I'd only seen the fuck scenes. It was really interesting to see an attempt to come up with an original idea and to try to make a full and complete film from it. Seems to be pretty rare these days!

We also tried watching 'Flashpoint'. According to Wikipedia it's the highest selling adult film of all time. Looks glossy and high-budget, but we gave up halfway through.

Any other recommendations would be great! I'm running out of ideas...

Definitely check out the films of Joe D'amato. He did a lot of high-production straight porn in the late 80's through mid 90's. A lot of pornographic takes on classics like Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet, but they're almost all high quality, sexy films with attractive casts.
