Im a 23 year old guy who is 6 feet tall and weight 130lbs. I haven’t gained weight since high school and unsure if I should try to put on muscle? I feel normal and do not have any health problems that I know of. I go on walks nearly every day but unsure if I could start lifting or something to be healthier.
