No Lady Stoneheart
No switching (of babies or Kings) and glamoring at Castle Black.
No Jeyne Poole
No Wyman Manderly (and no PIES!)
No subplot between the Lannister/Frey forces and the Blackfish in the Riverlands because Jaime is in Dorne
No plot with a supposed Aegon
Jorah's plot will be different (No Penny either)

I could go on and on about the differences between the books and the show moving forward... the two showrunners (David and David) only want a 7 season run and we are on season 5.

The Winds of Winter might not even come out before the end of the seventh season. Will HBO replace David and David with new show-runners? Is George R.R. Martin actually interested in finishing the series before the rest of the books are out by writing significant differences between the plot lines of the two mediums?

if I had to marry Ramsey Bolton, I think my pikachu would abandon my body and sneak off to the Wall and ask for sanctuary. It could live quite happily there with Sam and Gillian and the baby. And if Jon Snow ever got lonely...

Having NOT read the books, I wonder if Theon will break out of his Reek bubble and help Sansa. Kill that creep Ramsey.

(Nobody tell, though!)

That would be great, but he wasn't exactly a hero in the first place. It would be nice if Sansa found out that her little brother was still alive.

Fuzzy has a feeling that Baelish won't allow Sansa to be harmed (much), and will take care of Ramsey if he gets out of hand.

Theon is too much of a coward to do anything. Bran doesn't feature in season 5 at all.

Stannis may solve the problem of the Boltons before Baelish has to do anything to protect Stanza. I do wish that girl would get her shit together.

Wait, has the new season started already?!

Indeed it has! And it is delicious!

I know, I hated Theon - he was such a weak little fool. But it wouldn't it be redemptive for him to break of his Reek persona to help Sansa? He looks so torn about the abuse he knows is in store for her. Perhaps he could give his miserable little life for her.

Baelish will only help as much as he needs. Just enough to keep her breathing and walking. Sanity is optional. I think.

Yeah, where the hell is Bran? And where is the littlest one?

And if Stannis turns up, then what hell will happen with Sansa? Will Brienne scoop her away? Will Reek make her his stinky plaything? Will Miranda kidnap her and send her away on a slave ship? Will Podrick ever learn to ride a horse?

Stay tuned for the Days of the Seven Kingdoms!
