It's not cupping, it's quite literally a tattoo of teeth marks from an open mouth, like someone was biting his shoulder. Whether it's a real or fake tatt, that I couldn't tell you, but I can definitely tell what it's supposed to look like. He wants to give the idea that he fucks so good the chicks bite his shoulder.
