There's plenty of old threads of people that have passed that are still open, there's no justifiable reason why this one in particular should be closed down. Reposting certain videos and pictures is very common on this forum as well. Most times people are unaware of what has already been posted. As long as it doesn't violate the rules of the forum, then it's all fair game.

I have no objection to showing him respect, I object to closing the thread just because people are offended by what others are posting here that don't violate the rules. If a post offends you it's up to you to ignore it, but this is a public forum and people are allowed to express their opinions here (within reason), if you find it creepy, that's fine, that doesn't mean you get to attack them for it or stop others from posting their similar opinions.
