I have identified myself gay for a long time, since I am quite flamboyant that kind of gay.

But recently I found out that I can watch straight porn as long as there are men in it. And often I found straight porn arouse me more than gay porn, and occasionally I would also imagine what it's like to fuck a vigina.
I know I have discovered my bi side, although I consider myself still attracted to men more, like 70%gay, 30%straight, and I doubt I could have a romantic relationship with women.

And the question is, should I tell my friends about it, especially my female friend. I'm really afraid that my girlfriends might change the way they treat me and lose my "gay privilege" because now I am "not so gay" anymore and potentially can have sex with them.
I've never thought gay coming out as bi can be a thing, but does anyone has similar experience?

Most people are on some sort of spectrum. And many people change over time. Don't worry too much about labeling yourself -- either for your own purposes or for anyone else's. You don't need to have a formally announced policy or title... you may be a queen but you're not royalty. ;-)

I’ve had something similar happen to me but I think unless you are actively seeking out women to have sex with, it’s not worth updating your “status” amongst friends. Finding women hot in porn isn’t the same as being bi.
