Does anyone ever go to a gay campground, and where?

If so, do you ever go out and "play in the woods"?

I go to sawmill campground in central florida. Clothing optional at the pool all the time and all over the grounds on some weekends. And very cruzy trails through the woods. Sawmill "America's FIRST Gay Community" - HOME

Not a campground but since you are from Michigan, check out Saugatuck. There is a big club there (The Dunes) that is surrounded by woods. After the bar closes, there are at least 50 -100 guys fucking in the woods. Then again, I have only been there on holidays when the club is at full capacity.

Been to a place in Saugatuck in the 90s. Nice place. Was with my BF at the time and we played briefly with another couple in a hot tub.
Found this on a simple search: Gay Campground Directory
But it doesn't include the one in Ohio that I know exists and can't think of the name.

HFOStimmer...There is a gay campground, Campit, in Saugatuck, as well as an outdoor resort, The Dunes. I have been to both. There is Freedom Valley in Ohio, perhaps that is what you are thinking of....

Also, the purpose of my post is to read any stories or experiences about any gay campgrounds, both positive experiences and negative. And stories can be about hookups at while camping or just about the campground in general.

Camp Davis is Western PA is HOT!! Clothing optional everywhere!! Trails in the woods are ALWAYS full of all kinds of "activities."

Hi,

I went to a gay nudist place on the way to Quebec City; also one in SW Florida.

Same experience in both: my dick was kept busy, but, THE MOSQUITOES ate the rest of me. After about 30 mins...i was gone !

My preference are super clean bath-houses or spas in areas of the country without bugs !

I do love Haulover Beach just above Miami...lots of beauty with no mosquitoes !

Kalani in Puna on the the Big Island of Hawaii is a great place to go camping!!!!

There is a great one in northern West Virginia that serves WV, OH and DC called Roseland Resort. It is really out in the country with spectacular views.

Freedom Valley in New London, Ohio is a great choice. My partner and I live in Metro Detroit and go at least 3 or 4 times every year. Great, very laid-back crowd, nice pool and amenities. Try it , you'll like it!

There is one in Tweed, Ontario, Riverside RV Campground which is gay males only.
