The absolute funniest gay movie (and one of the funniest movies of all time, period) is The Ritz. F. Murray Abraham, Kaye Ballard, Jerry Stiller, and Jack Weston. Comedy of errors in a gay bathhouse. I was straight and married when I first saw it and I laughed so hard and screamed like a girl. Ok, maybe I wasn't as straight as I thought I was, but you get the point.

Everybody thinks everybody is someone else. I love comedies of errors in general and this one is exceptionally well done. Jack Weston is married to Kaye Ballard. Her brother is Jerry Stiller. Their mafioso father dies and his dying wish is for Jerry Stiller to kill Jack Weston. Weston goes on the run and tells the taxi driver -- take me to the last place anyone would look for me and they take him to a gay bathhouse and he doesn't realize what it is. Hilarity ensues.

I can second The Birdcage, Kiss Me Guido, Mambo Italiano, and Sordid Lives.

This isn't exactly what you're asking about, but this music video is HYSTERICAL. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9WoQQ-mAQeE
