I don't think so. But it is possible to come to Canada that way (if that's something someone wants to do). In fact you don't even have to marry another gay guy to come to Canada you can just claim refugee status because of homophobia in your home country (the USA is, of course, not on the list of homophobic countries though).

No, because the green cards and immigration issues are federal, not state, jurisprudence.

The federal government does not recognize us queers as citizens, except as far as tax collection goes. We don't have any legal protections.
