There's a british movie called Shank that has lots of nudity. Be warned though, the plot takes a very VERY dark turn toward the end. I wasn't ready and it upset me quite a bit.

watched long horns last night on netflix,, was very very surprised on how fun it was~ one of the better gay movies out there... : )

no real nudity, "dream boy" was a cute highschool story with a sad ending
some semi steamy sex in undies or bj mocks
