I just want to express myself as a Gay Quadriplegic who is beginning to come out, just a little.

Even though I'm a quad, I use a sports wheelchair that I can push many miles.

Welcome! It would interest me and probably some of the others to know how you have functioned sexually over the years. I almost feel that I should help in some way, because sex is certainly a driving force in the lives of many of us. Some of our military are returning impaired at a more youthful age than you, and if they are capable of sexual activity (which some aren't), they should have some outlet.

Oh I'm having fun! I've come out to myself as I am now comfortable with it, and I'm openly gay around other gay men at a local gay bar.

I'm also coming out to my gay landlord, and soon my gay cousin, and a gay friend when we were in boy scouts. I've given a few subtle hints before so maybe they suspect it already, or maybe not. I'm anxious to tell them I'm gay.

Sounds like so far you're comfortable coming out to other gay people. That's exciting,i guess and a big part of the journey first telling those who you feel safe around. Welcome to the site and i hope you make some great friends. Glad you're already having fun. :)
