Technically a "mmf" would have some gayish activities going on (or the the possibility thereof). From what I understand, the differences are;

mmf - 3 people with some male on male activity, along with males on female
mfm - 3 people with all the activity being males on female
ffm - 3 people with some female on female activity, along with females on male
fmf - 3 people with all the activity being females on male

Thomrisson...I say give it a try...you know you're straight...fuck what anyone else thinks. If someone else isn't curious (even if it's just to please our girls...good for them), doesn't mean it makes you gay or whatever. You're fine, man. My advice is to just jump in with both feet. You already know that you're sexually attracted to women, that's given. This is not quite so straightforward.

If your girlfriend wants a MMF threesome because she wants to see you engage in sex with another man. Then you have to be sure you want to engage in sex with another man. Many men enjoy MFF threesomes because they enjoy watching their wife/girlfriend engage in FF sex.

You can still have a MMF threesome without having to engage directly in sex with the other man and there are lots of examples in porn to show you how.

If you don't want to do it, don't do it.

If you want to try having sex with another man - do as has been suggested here. Go out to a gay bar and hope to hook up for a night (playing safely).
