Okay, it seems now more than ever we are OBSESSED with titles. Seems like half the people in this forum question their homosexuality for example, "I've never messed with a guy but I want to, am I gay?", "I've only fucked one guy, never been fucked, am I gay?" WHAT?! Excuse me but I'm old-school, if you look at another man and want to do anything more than play basketball, you're gay. But I guess now is the age of differing titles. A man who WANTS to be a woman is transwhatever, a man who cuts his penis off has a different title, and there's yet ANOTHER name for a man who just dresses like a woman and there's a million other categories, dresses like a woman lives like a man, dresses like a man but talks like a woman, talks like a woman but dresses up as a clown, etc.. Well to solve the confusion I've come up with a poll that I think covers everybody (although personally I'm a bit offended that if you call someone hung, they thank you. However don't be as quick to call them gay because they'll tell you all the reasons they're not, like being gay is a fucking crime). Anyway, you may fall into one of these categories:

Victimized Gay - You're curious about other guys because a family member touched you at a young age, discombobulating your perception of sexuality. You don't view yourself as a victim and have come to embrace your homosexual desires.

Born-to-be Gay - You're not gay because anybody touched you, you just gradually found yourself voguing to house music, wearing tight jeans and may or may not feel at peace with your sexuality.

Bisexual/Bi-curious - Engage in sexual activity with females, curious about or already do engage in sexual activity with men

Transgender Curious - Your attraction to men is fueled mostly by your desire to be a woman. You consider yourself a straight woman trapped in the body of a gay man.

Observational Gay - Maybe have had a girlfriend or two. Curious about homosexuality, you probably post stories in forums about flirting with a close guy friend of yours without understanding how to define it but refusing to call your homosexual behavior what it is, (homosexual). You don't think you're attracted to men but post pictures of your dick because it turns you on to think of showing another guy your jewels

Denial Gay/Down-low - "I'm not gay I just fuck guys from time to time" "I'm not gay I just let my homeboy I grew up with give me head". You ma long onto gay forums and speak hatefully towards others. You have a girlfriend or wife but troll hook-up sites and engage in sexual or romantic activity with men. Although your fears of coming out are completely justified because of the stigma associated with homosexuality, you're looked down upon with comtempt because your choices ultimately damage you, those close to you, and the gay community.

Just-So-Happens-To-Be Gay - You like football, cars, and opening doors for your dates. You can pass of as a homeboy for closeted gays. Your parents don't know about you although they wonder why you keep bringing your "roommate" Carl to family reunions. You're a pretty cool, laid back, average guy who just so happens to be gay. You're unashamed of it but don't advertise all over town that you're gay

Functional Gay - You are accepting of your homosexual lifestyle and are probably sucking a dick right now. You have gay friends, you watch "Will and Grace" and are known to club-hop from time to time, not necessarily out of the closet though

Proud gay - Your family knows about you and you're unafraid to hold your boyfriends hand in public. You don't care what people think when you walk through the mall with your gay friends. Contrary to popular belief, this group is not just composed of flamboyant gays, but also masculine men who have accepted their homosexuality without compromising their masculinity.

Melodramatic/Knuckleheaded Gay - You curse Mcdonald's out for not remembering your ketchup. You're loud and obnoxious and usually the center of attention, and when speaking over the phone may be confused with an angry black woman. Everything your friends tell you in secrecy, you blab to the whole gayborhood. You're angry about something and this fuels an attitude that develops into a devoted following of haters. You engage in sexual activity with men you've met on facebook and myspace or random men you meet on the street oblivious to the danger this poses and life-changing STDs you could contract and unknowingly spread.

Don't-Wanna-Be-Gay - you may look at men, post on gay forums and be curious about men but you don't ever plan on entertaining the thought. you plan on marrying a woman you love, having a family, and reducing your gay curiosity to the corner of your mind

There's one more category but personally I'm disgusted by these gays and they don't get a vote:
Sicko Gay - You are interested and/or post about things like masturbating in front of your dad or with your little brother or sucking your uncles dick. Usually your sexuality is skewed because you suffered some form of abuse that has rendered you blind to the abnormalities of your behavior. There is a very small, limited selection in the porn-store that interests you and you have to surf the web for things that spark your interest like bestiality. You log onto forums to start fights and entice people with fake stories

This thread is extremely derogatory and unnecessary and I hope the mods delete it.

Why do you keep posting things which you know will make people angry?

IMO your 'victimized gay' and 'sicko gay' are basically the same person.

not necessarily, everyone who is a victim doesn't become a sicko. there are people on this forum who have been victimized but seem to express normal, healthy desires

question, this was done in jest and simply caters to many members to define themselves as anything but gay. are you guys as harsh on the forums about jacking off with a 10 year old younger sibling or raping girls in bmws??

If this was in jest, then why not post it under funny stuff?

True but judging by the way they post, these people are mostly women.

On this site (not IRL) many of the people who were abused as children and fall into the sicko category are men. That does not mean that women never meet that criteria. For the most part abused women on this site seem to fit the victimized criteria. This is probably due to the fact there are far more men than women on this site.

I think this is absolutely hysterical. I love the groups you put together and can easily think of people who match each one. Awesome. I'm in awe of the amount of time you have on your hands to do this and I couldn't stop laughing. Nice work!

This is what you call funny? I'm not even gay and I found this offensive. We all know that many men here are in denial about their sexuality; but I don't see how making fun of them is going to help.

I have actually been lambasted for speaking out against anything that hints of incest. As for the raping girls in BMW's thread I refuse to look at it as I know it will only upset me.

Where's the Str8 option - you have it in the title, but not the poll. Hello Mr. Freud.

I agree Marley. There are, most unfortunately, many men and women who have been sexually abused by some while they were a child and this has affected how they view themselves and their sexuality. Like you noted, many of these people struggle to come to terms with what happened to them and many are able to overcome the abuse and live healthy, happy lives. Completely different than your sicko category.

Wait, the person who said that gay men over 35 who aren't in committed relationships will become pathetic people forced to troll public restrooms and clubs finds this offensive? Amazing.

Yeah Marley, I was surprised you didn't have a straight category--such as I'm only interested in women, I only look at women, I only jerk off to women. I have absolutely no interest in anyone's cock but my own and I have no interest in ever touching, tasting or even seeing another man's cock--why would I? I'm completely straight.

hyperhulk- if my wording wasn't this best this was a light-hearted attempt to give options for people who are confused about their sexuality, as well as people who are proud and embrace it but u know that some of these queens love finding something to tear down and gripe about. i would understand if this was done with mal-intent but i hardly see how this could offend anybody seeing as how it covers a variety of tastes and status

I've seen tons of threads where people have created their own gay/straight scale to categorize the amazing range of sexuality. This is no different than those. It's clearly humorous.

No Marley I love it. NJ was the one who made that comment about gay men over 35 who will become pathetic if they aren't in a committed relationship. I still can't believe that someone who wrote that so unapologetically can find this, a humorous thread offensive.

and atleast i'm giving homeage to guys who aren't sure about their preference. there are threads about taking advantage of str8 guys in their sleep or trying to figure out how to coherce str8 guys into gay activity. like i said these queens love sittin high and mighty on their throwns and calling for lightening on random townspeople that don't tickle their fancy, if zac efron posted this they'd be oogling and praising all over him. i wonder if these kind of thunder and lightening assaults are the reason some people are afraid to post?? any given question or comment will be up against the wrath and torn to shreds, discredited and spit out. i may not have worded this perfectly i'll admit that but was my intention to offend anyone?? obviously not. i'm certainly not the first human being to stick my foot in my mouth

That isn't old school. The idea of homosexuality is only about 250 years old. The idea that because you think you might be attracted to the same sex, that notion defining you. Before you ever do anything... That you're guilty before putting down actions at all. Quite frankly, your conservatism fails.

And secondly, your categories suck. You couldn't make a real decent poll on a person's sexuality, because our knowledge in that sense, simply doesn't exist. There's too much to categorize, and there hasn't been a satisfactory unified theory on it, let alone any satisfactory theories. The APA seems to think that whatever the causes, it can't be changed, but even that's highly questionable, as the same person taking the same survey several times in their life, will usually answer in different ways each time. There's too much going on, and our sexual desires surely aren't purely decided by "do I like the same sex, or a different sex." There's social morals, social repression, social darwinism, preferences in hair style, nose shape, eyes, mouth, hips, the way your own face looks, what your past loves have looked like, what your enemies look like, what your parents look like, how you perceive colours, how intelligent you are, what kind of music you like, where you went to school, where they went to school, etc. etc. etc. etc. I remember a study from a little while back that suggested that people who look at porn more often, or are more sexually active, are more likely to be attracted to a variety of things, including children, which is a little screwy, but it also said that there was no evidence suggesting that they would act on those urges (which I'd love it if someone knew the study I'm referring to, I can't find the link).

The only thing I can think here, is that you're making a point about the ridiculousness of classification. Which I kinda doubt, but who knows?
