oh no its through regular mail, cause a few people outside the country said theirs took an extra week or 2 to get to them.

This doesn't seem very smart. How does know they person he is mailing the photo to is not a minor? Is he aware of what laws govern pornography in the countries he's mailing them? If it is true it seems like a big legal issue waiting to break loose.

Well it's only available for the highest paying patrons (like 50$ and more) I would assume that minors dont have access to that kind of money...then again I could be wrong.

Teens can easily get that kind of money and without credit card age verification there is no way of knowing. That's why most porn sites/distributers use second party billing and credit card verification to reduce liability. Granted it's not much of an issue now when teens can readily access porn online without any real age verification but at one time it was the reason the system was designed to prevent parents from coming after adult companies. That issue seems likely to arise when you a physically mailing a pornographic picture in 2019.

It just seems like a very odd, irresponsible, and needlessly high-risk thing to engage in when his fans would likely be happy with digital pics and save the physically pictures for various signed cosplay shoots. That's if this is true.

Yes, and so did the adult bookstores that most people went to buy them. Otherwise, they used either a credit card or checking account as proof of age when ordering by mail. There was also usually a list of geographical areas where they couldn't mail adult materials.

I'm not saying that you can't send adult material by mail. I'm saying that it seems like an unnecessary risk in the digital age.
