It has more to do with new USA legal requirements to prevent minors access to adult material I think. The only effective way of doing this is generally with credit cards.

No they didn't ask us, but then again I'm sure most of us wouldn't care

We put up the profile pics to attract other guys and we pay the subscriptions so we can remove some of the restictions that come with the free accounts - like caps on sending messages, stored messages, etc. OK now that they've restricted the viewing of x rated pics I guess that may increase their subscription rate... I for one would be a bit frustrated if I couldn't see the goods

Oh BTW I've met up with a couple of guys on the list - had lots of fun with them, though somehow I got missed off
