Why are there so many only fans guys with big dicks that are gay or bisexual ending up with HIV STDs lonely and wanting to commit suicide. I've noticed countless guys on only fans that are ending up with this illness and think it's okay and making money off of it I don't know and most of them are married to other men or women let's talk about it I can name a few

Good point. OF is so young that I don't even think performers have time to get old lonely and depressed...
HIV has been effectively prevented by pre-exposure prophylaxis (PEP), but other STDs like syphilis and chlamydia are omerta item and well-known "occupational risks".
The best known example of gay performer suicide is probably Arpad Miklos, but he definitely predated OF.

I have the feeling there are more married couples (gay + straight + in-between) "happily" producing porns together than suicide cases...
